They did a great job on my 2014 F150 and did everything possible to make sure I was satisfied.Truck was done on time as scheduled. They even gave me a ride to pick it up when completed. I was very nervous to take a brand new vehicle for any work and they treated it with respect and care, truck was returned with no issues, just a bulletproof bed liner. If you need Line X in the Sycamore area I recommend this shop.

I would highly recommend this place. They did a great job installing liner. Very friendly and professional employees. I had one small issue but they took care of it right away. The waiting area was fine but it would have been nice if they had a tv on.

Do not use this place for tonneau cover installs. Go somewhere else or do it yourself.But for bed lining they are top notch. This is why I give them a 3.Bed lining: 5 starsTonneau cover installs: 1 starThey did try to make it right - I took my truck back for a 2nd attempt: it was actually worse after the 2nd attempt.

I went to Line X in Sycamore, IL. This was my first spray on bed liner for my new F150. I was very worried going into this because I am extremely particular about my vehicles. Also, the new F150s have a 120V outlet, 2 led lights, power button for light and a bunch of brackets and tie downs. I went into this expecting (mental preparing myself) some sort of disappointment. Scheduling was great. The tech came out and answered all my questions and concerns before I turned over the keys. Clearly, not his first F150. They offer the standard and premium Line-X levels. I chose the premium. I dropped the truck off at 8AM and they called me at noon and said it was ready. The truck was in the parking lot when we arrived. I inspected the work. It passed my high (ridiculous) level for quality. I cannot find a flaw in their workmanship. Highly recommend.

Evidently the reviews of lack of communication are true. Went to their website and left a detailed message on their "Contact" page....10 days ago. Gave them an email and phone number. No reply. I will be looking elsewhere.

I scheduled an appointment at this place a few month ago and I am pretty happy with the quality of the service and the professionalism, The lady at front desk is not your mom so don't expect her to sugar coat anything for you, but she is respectful. Owner is diligent and takes pride and responsibility on his business so if you have any issue maybe call the office and ask to speak with him before ranting on google about something that may have a solution and great outcome for everyone.I will be coming back soon to spray a tailgate. I recommend this business and it deserve more than 4.0 starts for sure
