I recommend Kunes. They have always provided great, comprehensive service. On my recent visit, they went the extra mile to fix my car quickly and comped a service on a broken part that was discovered after the original quote was given. Really appreciate the extra care and consideration! 10/10

Our rear door would not close and we’re heading back to Michigan tomorrow. With smiles and great kindness. Your service department brought us in on Saturday morning and had it fixed in 15 minutes and didn’t even charge us. So we are very happy and God bless you all!

Once the car is examined, the service advisor is very clear about the nature of the problem, repair needs and cost. As a customer you then know exactly what to expect. Service advisors are personable.

I flew over 900 miles to buy a car from Kunes of Sycamore only to discover that they did not honor our agreed up price of the vehicle. I asked for the purchase order twice before leaving but never got it! I was told that the bank charged them almost $2000 to do the loan. I contacted the finance company and they didn't know anything about it! Originally I was happy to buy this car because this was supposed to be a Christian organization but this was no were close to Christianity! This was deception at its best. Furthermore, nothing was done about this experience after expressing my thoughts with the management team there! This organization needs to stop using Jesus's name anywhere in their facilities or anything that has anything to do with Kunes brand! They brag about how much they donate to Ministries abroad but seemingly they steal from others to fund that mission! DO NOT BUY FROM KUNES ANYWHERE!!!!! BEWARE!!!!
