Bought a 3 lb beef tenderloin butcher gave it to me sealed in original shipping package. When I brought it home it was not enough to serve my guests because one third of it had to be discarded from excess fat and membrane. I buy beef tenderloin all the time and this was the worse. I will be going to a butcher that will trim it for the same $75 price.

Used to be a good pharmacy but they are going downhill. My sons medicine was a different manufacturer, they failed to let me know this when I picked it up. Now my daughters medicine, they claimed they never got the prescription. I called her doctor to see what happened. The nurse said they got it but it wasn't covered by insurance. Why they didn't just tell me that, I have no idea. I will be using a different pharmacy from now on.

I had yet another great experience today with the pharmacy staff. Dealing with insurance can be a roller coaster, but during this process Allie was really helpful and kind. The pharmacist as well, but I feel bad I did not get his name. 6:30pm on Tues 1/3. Anyhow, it is noticed and appreciated how good your staff is!!!

Don't bother getting flowers or balloons here. Waited 20 minutes to get service for one balloon. Asked for assistance and when the guy finally showed up he served two other customers before me. Ended up leaving without this one stupid balloon for my mothers birthday. Go somewhere else!

Everyone in this store has always been so kind and helpful, but in particular I want to thank Mary in the pharmacy. There had been some issues with my prescription (in no way their fault), and I was starting to feel awful and embarrassed. She helped me with so much care and advice, and she took time out of her day to talk to me about my condition and connect with me in such a genuine and positive way. I have always had great experiences in this pharmacy, but Mary's incredibly kind service truly made my day!

Worst experience EVER! Ordered 2 deli trays 2 weeks ago to be picked up today. Got there and they didn’t have my order nor the items needed to make it. Sold me someone else’s cancelled order which wasn’t even close to what I ordered and then had the NERVE to charge me full price. Don’t risk it. So many other places to choose from. Lesson learned for us

I ordered catering from them this weekend. when I went to pick it up they did not have my order. They made it right and even delivered it to me to make up for it. Thanks to the managers who did this for me. The chicken was excellent.

This Jewel is a great location. Charming hard working people ready and willing to help at a drop of a hat. I especially like to make a shout out Gabby. She was stellar in helping me get stock out of the back, and making sure I got what I needed. She is a rockstar. Please give Gabby a raise, she's been working at that location for 20 years. It's time she got her dues. Make it's happen, JO!!

Bought a case of Horizan chocolate milk (drink box size) and they were chunky. Tried to return them and get a refund but I needed a receipt. I don’t have the receipt. Why can’t you look up my purchase by the credit card or by my jewel membership number?

I've never had a problem going into jewel but I called customer service and they were absolutely horrible. I was on hold 3 different times bc everyone I talked to said they would go check if they had the product in stock. Another employee would pick up and said they would also check. So I waited. Once again another person picked up and also said the same thing. I gave up bc they left me waiting and never answered my question, just left me on hold for 20 mins. I walk in to see a bunch of workers in a big group just talking. No one even looked to see if they had the product I asked about even though 3 different people said they would. Very disappointing.
