“I had a pinched nerve in my neck, shoulders, back, and arm that had been bothering me for months. The chronic pain was casuing me to lose sleep, made driving unbearable, and was really affecting my daily life. I had resorted to taking daily ibuprofen and lidocaine pactches just to manage the pain and constant muscle spasms in my back and chest.I had one visit to Dr Kolkebeck where he used a few methods including needling on the affected area. He also gave me some at-home exercises to do and told me to give it a few days. The first few days felt like there had not been much change. Less than a week after my treatment the pain had subsided substantially. I didn't even realize it had been days since I took ibuprofen or used a patch. I am very grateful to Dr Kolkebeck for helping me and would highly recommend him to anyone. His office also has a gym that looks like its for training Olympic athletes. I will definitely be visiting him again anytime I'm in the Chicagoland area. 10/10”

“I've recently joined. I used to go here when it was charter and I loved it. Now it somehow seems darker and the staff are much less friendly/outgoing. It's a decent price still, and they have all the right equipment, the vibe just seems off somehow. On the upside, it's much less busy now so there's no waiting for equipment! Charter employees also asked if I needed any help or had any equipment questions when I joined there. I'll continue to go, I think, I just won't expect a smile and a hello when I walk in. Considering switching to the ymca though.”
