This bank is an absolute joke! My debit card has been hacked at least 3 times since they changed from First Midwest. Today, I found that my card got hacked again, so I am left with no money at all. Asked for a provisional credit, which they have done before and was refused. They are filing a dispute which could take 5 to 7 days. So, basically I am being told...oh well. Told them to file the dispute tonight and that I didn't care that it was 5 minutes before closing and that I expected a call from the manager tonight! Not tomorrow...tonight! It is their job to protect our money and they are NOT doing it! Do yourself a big favor and find another bank, that you can trust your money with. This is NOT that bank!

ATM sucked my $200 back and they say they have no access to. I feel robbed with no empathy. Barb branch manager says oh well dispute with your bank. Really? Really?

Terrible company. Do not bank with First Midwest. There's nothing wrong with the local people, but the bank itself is hard to work with and takes forever to process any changes to your account. I've been trying to change my name with them for almost a year and it still hasn't gone through. They were much better when they were NB&T.

Was a great bank and the tellers are fine but the fees are off the charts. They will charge you for just about everything. Loans aren't any better. I have very good credit and was denied for car shopping too much(they approved me for a loan a week earlier at a dealer). Taking my savings my checking and my buisness account elsewhere

I stopped at the sycamore location to get some cash for work. This is the 2nd time I noticed someone left their card in the atm. There have been a lot of negative changes and this is one that I really dislike. You changed it from removing card rite away to leaving it in until transaction is complete. Everyone is used to taking it out rite away so they leave it by accident when done. You need some kind of way to drop off cards that people accidently leave. I'm running late for work because I tried to find where I could leave this person's card. There wasn't anywhere to put it and it's 5am bank isn't open to take to someone like I did last time. Ugh... now I have to work 10 1/2 hours until I can return this card. I'm sure I looked like a fool on camera looking for a place to drop this card off. SMH....

Bought out the local bank, NB&T. Now they are just like any other national chain. Was told they would be able to provide better rates, but that was a lie when I went to buy another car. You are simply just another number to them now.

This place bought out the local bank that I loved and ruined everything. Their online banking is a scam. Its designed to get you for every penny possible. NB&T's online banking was instant and I always knew exactly what was in my account. They have money taken out of your account for something you paid for three days ago....A small bank like NB&T was able to make it instant but a large chain like this one here can't? When I spoke to the banker about it she said, "Well no banks around Sycamore are instant." Idc about other banks!!! So I will be closing my account at this horrible bank tomorrow. I'd rather keep my money under my mattress. This is just another large chain who doesn't care about you or your money. RIP NB&T
