Excellent auto service the placeHere is spotlessAt the waiting area and the restroomsToo I brought my Kia here because Kia is so far away and you always need an appointment here at Chevrolet they have walk ins to oil changes I recommend to come very early no need to wait a lot if you come before or during lunch will be an hour and half wait I love the fact the did a car wash tap off windshield fluid plus they removed the antenna and plugged it back in after car washYes was very happy with the work

Everyone at Dekalb Sycamore Cadillac was amazing!!! Our sales rep Cassie made everything super simple from the moment we walked in the door, to when we received the keys for our new XT5. John in finance was great as well. He made the financial side very easy to understand and made sure you know exactly what you’re paying for. Those two are the best!!! My friend bought a cadilick and now my friend won't talk to me or any of the other people he used to talk to.He became all stuck up and all other peoples ship stinks.He should have gotten a dodge then.

I really should give them no stars. Lied about everyting about the car I purchased. Deal with them at your own risk. Never fixed anything that was promised to be fixed and broke more things that they supposedly repaired.

Just hands down the best auto purchase experience I have had in 35 years of buying cars. From the first contact through the sale, honest, transparent, careful sales. Listened to my concerns and did what I asked with regard to preferred lenders. No crazy GM contract violating mark-ups over MSRP...the real deal. I''ll be back to purchase my next upgrade as well. Strongly encourage you to check out the great staff and customer service. BTW its clean, spotless...really wonderful. Kids loved the soda and popcorn too.
