Great service! ? noticed there were no breakfast burritos left, which is my favorite at Casey's. They made me a hot and fresh burrito at my request!, fast, friendly, and courteous! Thank you, the Burrito was delicious!. A FREE coffee on Monday's??, who can beat that! Ha ha!

I'm on here to rate the pizza, however the store is a very clean and well run place. My only negative comment is about tipping. Really, asking for a tip at a gas station ? Everything is self serve. Today I purchased a pizza and a few other items I got off the shelf myself. When I paid I was prompted to give a tip. I declined to give a tip. I think the young man checking me out could tell I refused a tip and gave me attitude. He suddenly became rude. This tipping thing has gotten out of hand. NOW for the pizza. Their pizza is one of the best pizzas in town. I love the thin crust, just the right amount of everything. Great price as well.

I’m only giving this place 1 star because it’s currently 4:54am I’m on e and it says online that the store opens at 4am. Wouldn’t be so upset by this is the employee that open honored the time it says online that they open.

As a gas station it's fine, but I wanted to review their pizza. I moved to Sycamore in 2021 and was told I had to try the pizza at Casey's. I thought "How good can gas station pizza be, and why does everyone rave about it?" I was pleasantly surprised, and Casey's became my go-to for cheap but delicious pizza delivery. Unfortunately the quality has gone downhill over the past several months. I know this location has been short staffed and they always seem to be training new employees, so I want to cut them some slack. However, every time I order something we are either missing a pizza or it was made incorrectly (missing toppings, adding toppings not included on the pizza, etc.), and I'm under the impression the staff hardly receives any training to begin with. I hope things can improve at this location because it was previously a favorite.

Like any other gas station they're losing they need to do as they need to fix the pumps that are down and they also need to fix the receipts. That come out of the pump so that you do not have to go into the store to get what you need.

i love the sycamore casey's especially early in the mornings, the cashier that has been there for years has been the greatest always polite ,friendly,i love coming in when shes working very respectful always has the place looking clean has everything possible stock.. thank you catalina!!!!

Tried to call them repeatedly to order a pizza, they never pick up the phone. I did get an automated message, suggesting to use the app to order. Note: I tried to use the app to order at a different store and found out they were out of an ingredient, so I wanted to simply check if the store had the ingredients before I placed the order.

One of the cleanest gas stations around. This Casey's is on my way into work, so it becomes convenient to fill up at this Sycamore gas station. Only wish they had more than once entrance to get in and out of this place.

One of my go-to spots for gas and convenience. Always clean, staff are very kind. I visited to grab a couple things, and the cashier advised me, unprompted, of the specials they're running daily during the month of December. Told me I could get a free cookie through the app. So now I have my goodies, plus a free cookie! Not much, but the small things matter! Thank you!
