If I could give zero stars I would.
Called to get an oil filter for my 15’ Mercedes ml400. Was told because of where I work at they would have to deny my order, now although I called on my personal phone number and was making a personal purchase, apparently discrimination was on their agenda today.
I will note that I’ve made many many part purchases from this dealer when it was Brian Bemis and some when it changed to kunes. Now I’ve heard plenty of bad things from this place on the local town group chats and have had to inspect a few of the cars they sell. And with this that happened to me I can say that these guys are just all around sleeze balls. It’s no mystery why they have 1.4 stars on yelp, these guys definitely buy reviews… I HIGHLY RECOMMEND for people to stay far far away as they offer zero professionalism. BUYER BEWARE!

Michelle Mitchell is phenomenal! After having a baby, we needed something bigger than our current sedan lease so we wanted to meet with someone and talk numbers. Michelle was able to answer all of our questions AND put us in a brand new lease that day! She is super knowledgeable with a very personable personality. 11/10 would recommend Michelle!!!

I work here, but I am very appreciative of all the staff. Even before I worked here, everyone from salesmen to service advisors were extremely professional and kind anytime I stopped by for maintenance.Taking your car in for maintenance is always easy, and service advisors, Matt and John, go above and beyond to make sure you understand what maintenance needs to be done and why.
