10 out of 10 will come again and I know I will because this is my 3rd time coming to Brian Bemis to get a car. Kyle Domineck was the sales rep that helped assist me through this car buying experience. I will say he definitely made this 3rd visit the best time, he is extremely knowledgeable of the cars and helped guide me to the best possible choice I could go with. He made sure I was well taken care of, informed and consistently checked in on me and kept me updated throughout the process. I am so happy to be able to leave off the lot with my new car and once again I left a extremely pleased customer.

Went there with my Mom, and Nick was the representative that helped me all the way through in purchasing my first car! He has great customer service and an amazing communicator. The Customer service here is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! If I could give them a negative rating I would. My husband and I were in there today in search of purchasing a Brand new 2022 Jeep Overland. However, while we were on the sales floor 2 employees made direct eye contact with us and did not speak. We proceed to examine the vehicle ourselves, opening the doors, sitting inside the vehicle, popping the truck, my husband even got on the floor to see if this vehicle had the suspension like our current jeep does. This vehicle is placed directly in front of the sales rep office and not once did anyone come out to say "Hello can I help you with something". We stayed there for 10 mins and no one acknowledge our presence at all. I will not be purchasing a vehicle here, instead I will proceed to drive to Naperville location to make my purchase.

This dealership has everything! Quality, honesty and integrity was what I was hoping for and what I received exceeded my expectations.They aren’t your typical wheel and deal company. They work as a team to create a smooth process from start to finish. I was referred to them by a friend to have my Jeep looked at for repair. (Yes, I OWE HER BIG TIME) They sat down with me after inspecting my Jeep and explained what the problems were. They gave me options. They took the time to make sure I was understanding why those were my options. I never had a dealership do that for me before.My end result was again, not what I expected. It was more. I was able to upgrade my vehicle and keep my payment the same. Joe Parks and Travis Embery explained how they were able to do that with a couple of hiccups on my credit. They worked with me until the numbers made sense. Believe you me, I have and was taken advantage of by not knowing things prior to purchasing my Jeep in the past(just look at my review from a prior dealership). But not now. It was clear that these guys were honest and forthcoming. They gave me time to think about it, but I didn’t need to. We shook hands made the deal. I felt like a Queen. Everyone knew my name by the end and I drove of the lot in a sweet new ride that was just detailed while I was going over the paperwork.A+ class customer service from all involved: Joe, Travis, Michelle, DJ, Hope, Amy and even Larry the new guy.I would HIGHLY recommend giving them your business before anyone else. You won’t have to go anywhere to find what you are looking for. Joe will get it done for you. He is a man of his word.Thanks so much for taking care of myself and my family. We love our new “White Fang” Yep! That’s what the boys already named her. ?
