If I could give zero stars, I would. Customer service is the worst. Employees are always on their phones, never greet customers, not welcoming or anything. Today I made my last visit there even though the location is super convenient because I bought a drink and a bag of chips and the employee asked if I wanted my change?! Like....why wouldn't I ?

I've had several good experiences here over the years but customer service has been so bad lately I feel compelled to write this review.Specifically, they have a cashier who will sit behind the desk playing video games while there is a line of 4 people trying to check out at 7:45am. Between every step of the checkout process he pops back to his laptop to continue his game. Checkout takes 3x as long as other convenient stores. I've experienced this about a dozen times in the past 6 months, and I've discussed with friends who have experienced the same.

Gouging residents on gas prices. Check gas stations outside of sycamore and dekalb. Gas in Rochelle .25 cheaper

4 pack of squished Reese's $2.75 total ripoff. These are a dollar at the grocery store. Just seeing how you are ripping off your community.

Well stocked convenience store with friendly service. Plenty of cold drinks and snacks to choose from. Quality BP products with modern pumps and top tier fuel. Just enough parking for the store and easy to get in and out of the lot.

If it's not a pump out of paper, it's a pump that decides to reboot when you're processing your credit card. When the pump finally rebooted, it would not accept my credits that I have with BP. Told Attendant and in a cocky voice he said, then call BP....Really? I'm done with this station, NEVER again!

I've always been treated like a pile of garbage here, but today topped the cake. If I go to a gas station and ask to prepay 2 gallons of gas, it is not your right to say "you only need one gallon" and then REFUSE to sell me 2 gallons. Worst gas station ever. Go across town to caseys. Usually a few cents cheaper and much nicer staff.
