A few years later …
All the family cars are cared for by Bockman’s. They go out of their way to accommodate us, their work is fantastic, reliable and affordable. Plus they’re super friendly. My car is approaching 300k. Thanks Bockman’s!

Bockman’s is the best. I would never trust anywhere else with my car. I have been a customer for years now. They’re honest, good people. Everyone there is awesome & truly cares. They also are able pick you up when they’re done with your car which is an added bonus and is very convenient! Shoutout to everyone at Bockman’s!

DO NOT PASS THIS PLACE UP, ESPECIALLY IF YOU LIVE IN THE AREA!!!
This was the MOST PLEASANT, PROFESSIONAL experience I have had with an auto shop EVER!! I had an issue in Dekalb (not from that neck of the woods) with my car smoking. I called a few places that were in the area close to where I was stranded. Since the time Brent answered the phone until the time I picked up my car I knew I chose the right place. First they took an overall view of my vehicle spotting issues that I did not even know I had. The BEST part was, there was NO PRESSURE as to what I decided to fix. No scare tactics, COMPLETELY upfront and honest with me. With Brent's COMPASSION I felt I could be honest back with NO JUDEMENT. He listened to my concerns, the money that I already put into the car, and let me tell him what my options were. He was willing to do "Whatever it Takes" to get me back on the road! As a single mother paying all the bills, I would 100% make the trip to go back to this shop, even for an oil change!!! Not only is the value AMAZING, the people that work there are AMAZING too!!!

Great and fast service, fair price and staffs are very friendly and kind. A friend recommended them and I am very happy I went there! I will definitely take my car there again If I need in the future and recommend them to all my friends!

I highly recommend Bockmans, they have fixed several issues with my car. They have been beyond fair with their pricing. They are accommodating and quick to fit me into their schedule, and they're always happy to answer questions, even when I've called back a couple of times with follow-up questions. When unexpected issues came up with my car and they needed to keep it for a couple of days, they let me use a loaner car. The staff was very friendly. They aren't just a business making money fixing cars; they are a small business owned by people who genuinely care about their customers and doing the right thing.

Bockmans auto is the best auto repair shop in DeKalb county hands down, I was very impressed by their service, super friendly staff and the cleanliness of the waiting area and restroom, I've seen some pretty horrific dirty restrooms in repair shops and they do a fantastic job keeping it clean in there, I was very grateful for that. They fixed my car for a very reasonable price and I don't know anything about cars so I had a lot of questions. Sam was very helpful and patient with me and answered every single question I had, he did an excellent job and was very professional. I recommend Bockmans highly, keep up the great work!

Did a great job tracking down and fixing a grinding noise in our car, plus got us up to date with other needed maintenance. Very friendly and knowledgeable people helping us. Highly recommend them for your auto maintenance and repair needs!
