My fastback rewards are never applied while a certain cashier is working. This evening wasn't any different. 10/24/23 approximately 6:45pm.Management, please do something about her.

Cashier was on her phone while I paid and wasn't paying attention. Had to repeat to her twice what pump I was on because she was too busy talking. Won't go back.
