It's not enough to have covid, but bronchitis and pneumonia too.....To the pharmacy staff at the Walgreens next to urgent care I went to next door. You're supposed to run the insurance before hand that way if there is an issue you can fix it, not have me waiting for 30mins for you to tell me you don't accept my insurance. You see me physically sick, struggling to breathe, now I have to drive across town to Walmart Pharmacy. I needed that inhaler. Thank God Walmart was on it because before I even made it out the door Walmart sent a text that my meds were ready. You would think for a store who is struggling to stay afloat they would provide better service. I will never used a Walgreens pharmacy again.

Already posted this on the pharmacy review. Waited over forty five minutes at the drive thru window, while the incompetent staff ran my insurance card enough times to send an error to the insurance company, making the more vital of the two prescriptions I came to pick up now unavailable until given approval. That was frustrating enough, before they still made me (they already charged $92 to my card) come inside of the store, after the 50 minutes I spent waiting in my car, to pick up my mothers medications; which they then forgot to hand to me. Horrible, horrible experience. Will never be shopping with Walgreens again, and have already moved our prescriptions to another pharmacy. Hire employees that are capable of meeting their basic job requirements to prevent this in the future.

One word: Incompetent. Majority of the pharmacy staff I've encountered are clueless. They can be rude & condescending. I've had issues with getting my prescription refilled multiple times. Anywhere from submitting the order wrong to it being canceled for no reason. Prescriptions aren't filled in a timely manner as promised either. I've had enough of the nonsense & inconvenience so I will be transferring my prescription elsewhere. Hire better staff who are professional & actually care!!!

Do not go here for any pharmacy related matters. They do not care about customer service. If you have any problem expect an answer " We can't do anything about it" highly recommend going elsewhere.

W?WI got off wk early and stopped at Walgreens to pick up my prescription and I had a couple clearance items also. The pharmacist checked me out for my prescription and realized I had a few item and actually in his words he said to me you’re not planning on paying for those here are you. We are closing in 5 min and we’re busy go to the front and checkout those.Unbelievable but I kept my mouth shut and I walk to front register and shared my experience with the nice cashier.

This isn't the closest walgreens to my house. I chose to drive further to this location because they are much quicker and helpful.

They did refill my prescription in a timely manner so I’m giving a two star but I literally just walked out and the heavy set tech that works there was just on her cell phone instead of filling the prescription. Then she has a tone like she can’t believe someone disturbed her Tik Tok videos at work

The pharmacy here is worlds apart from Fairview Heights Walgreens. I live right next to Fairview Walgreens but will drive to Swansea for scripts simply because they are so much faster, efficient, and friendly. They are very helpful!

This review is for CJ in the pharmacy. I hope that's his name. He's so friendly and nice. You can tell he loves his job and loves interacting with people. He knew the names of people who got in line and spoke to them instantly. He was so nice and kind to me. I have a new pharmacy.

Received 5 Walgreens' coupons in mail & decided to pick up on much highly needed items. I found everything I needed & upon arriving at checkout & presenting the coupons to the cashier he states, "The register probably won't take all the coupons." It seemed he didn't wanted me to redeem them. Anyway, he ran all the items & when I handed him the coupons, he said, "You have to purchase the actual items to redeem the coupons". I think everyone knows how coupons work. I didn't waste the time to tell him that I diligently compared each item with the coupons before I put them in my basket. When he entered the coupons he was surprised to see that they all worked except one. And that one coupon he just happened to remembered I had that item. Unfortunately, however, he couldn't process the last coupon & he had to call over the only other staff who was in Walgreens with him to process it. All this took quite a while & the line was backing up. Bottom line. In these challenging times a little better efficiency wouldn't hurt.

The messed up the entire photo book. Was supposed to be done before Christmas and when I get the final product 2 weeks later they should be ashamed of themselves. Then when I reach out to the online customer service they can't help despite paying for my order online and using Walgreens Rewards. I would not recommend this location's photo or curbside as they had ample time to get enough paper, products, and time to create this book it should of been created. I will get my money back and rewards one way or another because this book was straight trash. I'm glad I looked at it before I gave it as a gift. Missing photos, a ton of blank pages, pictures altered drastically.... The cover was missing words... Like whoever made this really didn't care and if they didn't understand how to do a photo book - someone else should of stepped up. This is my first and last time dealing with this Walgreens.

Sherry in the pharmacy was as nice as they come. I had problems with my debit card and she showed a lot of patience. She was genuinely a good person.

Its a shame that Walgreens (Fairview Heights Location) has nasty people employed. Its a difficult time and niceness makes all the difference. Sorry to all the people needing help who get stuck dealing with Dr. Tate.
