I called Sun Copies because I had an emergency that occurred which prevented me from being able to deliver the U-Haul back on time. The individual I spoke with over the phone was very understanding and worked with me. Sometimes businesses do not have that same type of passion and because of his passion and understanding, I was able to finish my move without being delayed further than I already was.

Needed a some “tickets” printed for an event, but I wouldn’t be arriving into STL until after they closed. Asked, and they were nice enough to drop them off at the hotel I was staying at down the street from their shop. Printing job quality met the necessity of the event.

I needed 200 brochures made for my new business. I just gave him the info and he totally put it all together for me! The brochures turned out PERFECT.... and the price was VERY reasonable! Thank you SUN COPIES!

I went in to get some copies made. I told the man what I needed. I forgot my phone in the car so I ran back to get it. When I went back in he was sitting at the desk fixing a watch. For 5 min I watched as he fiddled with his watch. Slowly put it on and got on the computer to check his email. All the time I stood there watching him read his emails. He did not speak one word to me... so I took my business to OfficeMax. They were great. I will never go to Sun Copies for anything!

This place us HORRIBLE!!!! The owner is EXTREMELY unprofessional. He tries to talk to you as if you are a child, and his wife came out to chme in as if her two cents were going to make a difference. I had a Uhaul reservation, and he refused to honor the pricing mandated and confirmed with him by corporate (Uhaul didn't have the specific vehicle available for the time-frame that I needed...with two more reservations to follow). When I attempted to explain the circumstances, he yelled so I called corporate again and moved this reservation plus the two for later in the year. Save yourself the headache. Go someplace else. There are hundreds of other places in town and literally down the street.I ABSOLUTELY WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!

BEWARE & PAY CLOSE ATTENTION when the owner give you the TOTAL amount of your orders. He changes it daily for the same services. YES DAILY & WEEKLY! I manage events and I came in frequently for prints. I realize I was getting CHEATED out of my money. When I confronted him about the prices listed on the wall and the TOTAL he gave me he got upset. The days prior I ask for 11x14 card stock posters of my template I have spent hundreds in the weeks I began to recognize the lies. One day he charged $5, then $3 then $8 each.The last visit I asked for 6 colored prints on regular typing paper 8x10 he gave me (6) 5x7 charged me a cardstock rate instead of 40cents per sheet regular typing paper... BEWARE LIAR RUDE & will cheat you. He gets upset when you do not need bulk orders then he make up higher charges. HE WILL RIPP YOU OFF... Unfortunately, I have used his services for many, many years and due to my busy schedule I never focused in on how I was getting RIPPED OFF!!! The last month of doing business I started to PAY CLOSE ATTENTION. I spent $152 for a bill that should have been $47 and the list of ripp-offs goes on, on, & on. He preyed on my busy visits & need for prints and decided to inflate my prices. How many other's has he done like this. When I asked him why do you change up often, why are you charging me as if I'm getting card stock RATES on regular paper. All he could do is tell me to Get OUT & I don't want your business. Two ladies behind me said I made sense & it was obvious how he did not have an honest reply to my question. Outside of the prints I purchased a $160 banner and have spent thousands since 2008. He doesn't value the black business owner's he values their MONEY but not their loyalty... DRIVE PASS THIS BUSINESS seriously

Came to rent a Uhaul. The clerk never came to speak, acknowledge my presence or anything. Even after making her aware, she continued moving around in the back without a single "one moment." Needless to say, I went down to Top Notch and got the rental I needed in that moment.

Service was very unprofessional, the guy ( Gunna , Ravi ) was very childish, he changed my design (without telling me ) according to his liking and not what I told him I was satisfied with and then never credited me for a refund and told me I would not be getting a cash refund. Acted completely childish and yelled at me three merchandise at me and told me he made my product and design better , when I specified I needed and wanted the product to be as previously done. Ravi robbed me of my money ?
