“Just a few days ago I had won an online auction for a unit at the O'Fallon, IL location. After arriving to make my payment and my deposit, Ray personally walked me to the unit and opened it up for me. I removed a large amount of the items and returned the following day, yesterday. Not long after I got there, Ray had noticed that I was there, and came up to see how everything was going, and not in a rushing manner, but in a genuine manner. I just got done dealing with a situation and explained how a trailer that I was supposed to rent had fallen through. He had offered to help me with loading my vehicle after hours on his own personal time, but I refused. The man is genuinely a very nice and humble man, and though I was grateful for the offer, he deserved to be able to end his work day and spend the remainder with his wife. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would absolutely do it with no questions asked. I will absolutely be looking forward to more online auctions at this location because of having such a great experience. Thank you so much Ray for the hospitality, you are very much appreciated sir.”
“After having researched several facilities, and using some that we ended up not liking, Alligator Self Storage was the best option for us. They are reasonably priced with excellent management. Great facilities if you’re in a bind or need extra storage space for a long period of time.”

“Great storage facility. Descent pricing since I have utilized their premises. Only one time that they have increased their prices. Management keeps you updated via email on any updates and changes. Great storage facility on Royal Heights Road. The security is to the upmost for your unit you pay for. I have never had any issues.”

“For 3 years we rented two storage units on E. Laurel Street. They are a 24 hour access facility. It was nice and clean when we first moved in and every time we visited our unit after that. It didn't matter if it was day or night I always felt safe going to the storage units because it was clean and well lit. Our antique furniture and books were there for 3 years without any problems with leaking or rodents. I would highly recommend using Millstadt Self Storage to anyone with a busy schedule that needs to go anytime day or night. Not only was the outside of the units clean and well lit but the inside light came on automatically and was bright enough to work into the late evening if necessary. We will rent from them again if we ever have a need. Lee the owner was great to work with.”
