Terrible service. Won't issue any types of checks except cashiers for which a significant charge. Have never paid to have checks issued from any other branch.

I had an account with them for years, however, I have recently closed my account because they went to the ITM. The ITM, which they only have one inside, is a machine that calls up a remote teller, and they got rid of their direct tellers. Everybody has to wait for this one machine unless they go outside, and everyone can see what is going on.

I was just there, the drive thru is boarded up, the lobby is closed, marked off with tape. All that is left is an ATM. If the bank told anyone this was happening, I missed it. Not a good way to treat customers.

On Wednesday, 12-21 I went into the lobby of Swansea First Bank to make a deposit. There was one teller, one man at her window, one lady in front of me. I was third in line. Suddenly the teller, Paris, left her window and went through the lobby to an “employees only” door. Soon there were 8 people in line. Within a few minutes a second employee appeared from the employees room and instructed all of that they were closing the lobby. We were to go outside and use the ITM. Paris appeared and announced she was quitting. What a way to run a bank!I returned Friday to complete my business, a very nice lady was the teller. Just like old times.I hope they can keepthe lobby opened with competent, friendly staff.

Never open for their posted hours. Usually don't answer the phone either. They used to have great customer service. Not any more

This is a great bank with friendly, helpful staff. Plus, there is rarely a wait in the drive thru. I've been banking with First Bank for ten years with no real complaints.

I stop going to this branch because their ATM machine was always malfunctioning, so I would frequently complain that it was out of service. The manager is not that nice either.
