I gave this 3 stars because I have been going to this office for 10 years but after this last visit, I won't again. I was given a different doctor than my normal and she was rude, making judgements and not hiding her irritation. I went in a for my puppy's yearly exam only to be told he'd need $2000 in surgery. When I told her I'd need to talk it over with my husband before scheduling she started to tell me about how he's too young to die and trying to scare me into the procedure. I didn't appreciate it. I wasn't turning down doing the surgery, I was wanting to do more research on what he's dealing with and when to schedule the surgery. I would never spend that money without talking it over with my husband. I called later asking to do an antibiotic since she told me it was an infection he had. I was then told it was not an infection but a disease and then other issues that were in his notes that she didn't tell me about. I don't trust them and feel like they were trying to make money off of me versus what is best for my puppy. That being said I am getting a second opinion and going from there. I will not give this office any more money or time and recommend others avoid it.

I called to get some advice/help with my chameleon that is having issues and they stated that they would not give me any information to help since I wasn’t a customer already. Super rude and ignorant.

Today I took my dog Aussie to see Dr. Deni Stallons for pain in her back. Dr. Stallons stated my dog getting a red light therapy that would improve blood flow to the site to reduce pain. I was told my dog was getting the treatment before I explained what it was or gave consent to do the treatment. She then stated that the first treatment would be free and that she thinks the other doctors that work in the office bought it so that they could use it in the office for personal use. Once I got the receipt for the visit it had a $35 charge for the red light therapy treatment. When I called their office back to speak with them about the mistake the manager stated that Dr. Stallons did not say it was free. The office manager stated, "The doctor said the second site would be free not the treatment." However that was not stated during our visit. I am not confused about anything that was said or explained. I am disappointed in the poor communication provided by Dr. Stallons. As well as the lack of customer service provided by the office manager. There was no solution offered by the office manager. If you are looking for transparency and a vet that isn't going to sneak in extra charges please look elsewhere! I want my $35 back.

When I got my first two dogs, I just picked the nearest vet to my house. Every time we would go my dogs would get super anxious and even p*** on the floor sometimes in the office because of how anxious they were. I felt like the veterinarian was very dry and didn't care very much, but being these my first dogs, I just assumed maybe that was normal. After seeing my dogs be scared to go to the vet too many times I decided to switch to this vet. And I just want to say this is by far one of the best vets, ever. On our very first visit, I made sure that the doctors and staff knew that my dogs were anxious from the previous vet experiences, and that they might even need to be muzzled. When we got into our room, the doctor came in and sat with both of my dogs on the floor for roughly 15 minutes just letting them get used to her. Then while the nurse was petting them and distracting them, she gave them both their shots and they didn't even flinch. I'm not a mother, but if I was I would assume that it would be terrible to have to watch her kids be anxious every time they go to the doctor. I can't explain the relief I felt seeing that my dogs were comfortable and that this doctor obviously cared so much. Seeing the outside of this building makes you think this place is going to be so expensive. Luckily it's not, it's SO reasonably priced and for the care you receive - it's priceless. I've been here a few times now for appointments, and I can say whole heartedly that every employee I've spoken to has been so nice and so professional! Even when calling, the employees over the phone are always so nice (Vanessa) You can tell all those people love their job. Thank you guys so much for providing top-of-the-line care, I appreciate it so much.

The most amazing vet's office I have ever been to. My family and I had to put our puppy down and we're absolutely devastated. The staff got us in that day and was so kind and compassionate. Their kindness alone helped us get through it. Even when I picked up my dogs ashes, the staff member that brought them out was so incredibly kind. One top of the clay paw print, ink paw print, and vile of her fur they gave us, we just received a card in the mail that they made a donation in Oreo's name so I tree will be planted in her honor. I am forever grateful to this office.

Absolutely rude service to prospective clients called to ask about services and was treated like I was putting them out. If they treat the humans like trash I only imagine how they treat the pets!

I absolutely recommend them. Both my dogs go there and honestly, I don't know how I would of handled the stress without BFAH. One dog had to have emergency sutures as a puppy. And my other had a Mass Cell Tumor. They have shown so much compassion and up and above on their ability to explain things. I love this vet!!!

Who ever cares for the animals in the evening need to do a lot better. I was working next door and a little yorkie came running in front of the door. It took them 20- 30 minutes for them to even come out and even look for the poor thing as I was looking all around the building for anyone looking for a dog the whole time.

Vet was very knowledgeable and friendly. Appointment didn't feel rushed at all, which was great. Staff at the front desk could have better customer service. I handed over my records and stood around for 20 minutes with the staff ignoring me. They didn't appear busy at all. I had to ask what was going on. Besides that, I will return with my pups. Hopefully it was a one time thing.

Took my cat here for the first time after having had disastrous results with former pets at another vet one town over. This place is the best. First off, the front office staff was caring and friendly and welcoming. Dr. Deni was so caring with my frightened cat and laid out a very thorough and cautious treatment plan. I had to leave Socks for a night, but felt so comfortable (and a little sad) knowing she was in good hands. I 1000000% recommend them. First impressions go a long way. They have clients for life. (And Socks is on the mend).
