Cantwell Crossing was a great place to live for the 5 years our family lived there. The management was really friendly, from our virtual visit (due to moving during COVID) all the way to our moving due to purchasing our own house. Management is available, considerate and on top of any issue brought to them. Maintenance is very responsive and timely. We very much recommend this location for living.

Lived here for 4 years and moved due to new job. Hannah and Ramah were professional and great to work with whenever I had an issue. Spring and summer were rough having to deal with the bugs due to the close proximity of the creek out back and being on the first floor. No major issues during my time there.

As a long-time resident, this community is an amazing place to live! The apartments are spacious and well-kept. It is centrally located to many stores and restaurants, quiet, pet friendly, and everyone is warm and welcoming. Ramah and Hannah are top-notch when it comes to management and offer lots of social events for residents to enjoy. Truly a great place to live.

1. We had to fight to get our dryer replaced and fridge.2. They never sprayed for bugs. So we had to kill a lot of brown recluse spiders3. They had to replace the water heater4. They take away the umbrellas at their pool5. They talk to you like a child via email6.THEY CANT KEEP A MAINTENANCE CREW7. THE MANAGER IS VERY RUDE ANS HAS A NASTY ATTITUDE.8. The gym equipment doesn’t work. None of it works9. They go up on your rent every year and the apartments are so out to date.10. I just wouldn’t rent. It’s not worth it at all you would but better going to these newer apartments that’s being built up.

For apartment living and comfort Cantwell Crossing is where you want to live. The administrators Hanna and Raman are extremely accommodating and work hard. The maintenance staff is quick to respond and thorough. The location is close to everything you could want. Give Cantwell Crossing a look, you will love what you see in apartment living.

Great place to live the managers Ramah and Hannah are fantastic. They are on top of everything and offer a lot fun activities for the community. I really enjoyed my time there I just had to move for work.

Lived here for 2 years and only left due to relocation. Very well kept community with great management from Ramah and Hannah. Maintenance is superb and very responsive. Pet friendly, welcoming, and quiet. Hosted plenty of gatherings at the club house with a nice pool and workout room. Sad to leave!

I moved to Cantwell almost 2 years ago. For someone who never lived in an apartment, I didn’t have any problems. Nice neighbors and quiet location. I loved it so I just moved into one of the townhomes. Thanks to Ramah and Hannah, two of the best ever!!!!

I just moved in on February 24. I love it the apartment has large rooms. It is so quiet here. The washer and dryer is large and clean and dry my clothes great. Ramah and Hannah are so great. This is a great place to live

My husband and I loved living here. Hannah and Ramah are quick to answer and questions and address concerns quickly. Our apartment was clean, the complex is quiet, and the pool was amazing!!!! We are greatful for a safe place to call home.
