I’ve been with AAA for 28 years. They have assisted me in various services and have protected me and my vehicles for a very long time. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful.

AAA got me out here driving without car insurance. They cancelled me because I didn't want the AAA road side policy. So, I went ahead and renew my policy. They sent me the card, but not not a word about my car insurance. I thought they were better than this. I called and spoke with a representative and he was suppose to call me back. Two days later I still have not heard from AAA. I am so pissed off. They are problem trying to figure out a way to go up on my car insurance or a reason to drop me.

Deserving of 0 stars. I had a horrible experience with Nazareth Barker. He gave me incorrect information regarding policies, never followed through, dodged every phone call I made trying to resolve issues, and made a huge mess of my auto, home, and umbrella policies (that are rather standard). Finally was able to discuss with his supervisor, Christine, who seemed eager to correct his mistakes and help, but she has now dropped the ball repeatedly as well. I started this adventure in June, now mid-October, and I am still fighting to get Nazareth’s mess cleaned up. I am forgiving, after all we are all human, but this has gone on so long and no one is willing to settle or handle this so I feel the need to warn others before they get themselves in a mess that is wildly stressful! Horrible customer service from even their general customer service department. Literally, the worst experience I have ever had.

Service was exceptional the first 15 or so years. I have been with AAA for over 20 years. As of the last few years the rates have gone up considerably, their website is horrible to navigate and service levels have decreased. I think this partially comes from losing my agent. They don't make doing business with them easy!

We canceled our policy and left voicemails and emails asking for a refund. For over three weeks, nobody at the office attempted to call and to this day nobody from the office ever responded to our phone calls and emails. I am glad I did not go with them for insurance because of how they treat their customers. Terrible customer service would not recommend.

Worked with a travel agent (Ulianna Buxton). She was great. Super nice, very knowledgeable, great to work with. Would definitely recommend to anybody.

I did have to wait a few hours because of how many cars needed towing (nice day in St. Louis metro. If you live here you get it. The driver that came was Jordan and he was so nice and very professional. Honestly, AAA, pay him more. He’s worth every Penny. Hanging out with your broken down car in the dark is upsetting and a little scary. I was feeling a lot better by the time I got home and that was in large part because of Jordan.

The representative was as courteous and showed concern for me and my wife's safety, The driver was prompt and courteous as well AAA, Provides a excellent service and I highly recommend it for all America.

After a number of years with Tripple A I had no choice but to cancel my policy. My agent always used the excuse that my e-mail had gone to SPAM. After reaching out through a phone call and making clear the addition of a new vehicle and updates to existing, the quote was double if not triple what I was quoted elsewhere. This is how they reward loyalty?
