Went in as a family of 2 to get passports , the woman who helped us was very patient and helpful she had just gotten done with another family of 3 passports. She did have a line but she was nice to every single customer that came in and wasn’t rushing she treated us very well.

They are professional and fast as well as carful with your information had to get an appointment to do my passport because the post office in my area does not have an agent to do for more than a month they called me to let me know that the appointment time I booked is in their agent lunch time, and they will be happy to serve after that so I don’t get there and wait as soon as she got back checked all information and made sure everything is correct on the application and got it done. Also thanks for the gentleman for welcoming my kid to the post office.

If I could give it zero stars I would give them because they make an appointment for your passport and they cancel at the drop of a hat, it's a terrible service.

I do not know if it is this losation, or another but this is the third instance of having my mail (all times video games) and they all never make it here. On top of that, we get a different mailman five times a week with complete inconsistencies.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went in just to buy a roll of stamps. Absolutely no one else in line. The “lady” behind the counter looked at me, turned around and went into another room. She never said a word. As I’m waiting another person walked in behind me, got tired of waiting and left. Finally another person came out to “assist” me. I told him I needed a roll of stamps. He got them, rang me up. I said “thanks”. He said nothing back. I wonder if it’s because I’m a white man? Because they actually had to to work? This is what you get when you have to “diversity hire”. Stop hiring because of skin color and hire on competency. But this is the post office. Their idea of diversity is no white people. Facts.

Horrible experience. My mom went yesterday to pick up a package and came back upset. She went to the postal office to see if perhaps they had her package. Unfortunately, there was nothing under the last name but she saw a familiar looking package under a different alphabetical letter. She had asked if the gentleman behind the desk could take a look at a package under the different alphabetical letter because it looked like the one she received plenty of times prior. The gentleman who was there to assist in looking up her package was rude and made an unnecessary comment starting with attitude: “would you like me to look elsewhere” to which my mom said “yes please” and he ended up responding with “there is no where else to look.” With the snarky comment he made, the two women behind my mom snickered. Instead, he could’ve led with just taking the little effort it takes to glance at the package and explain the situation that her package perhaps is still in the town over if it’s not at their postal office. My mom was already tired from work and receiving that kind of treatment at the end of her day is ridiculous and unacceptable when she had just asked to take a glance at another package that was similar to the one she receives. At the end of the day I just want to reinforce the idea to treat people with kindness. You do not know what other people are going through and even though you might be going through something, you shouldn’t inflict your hurt on others. I do not recommend going to this facility at all. Let’s hope this review can make somewhat of a difference but, from the looks of it, my mom isn’t the only person who has been treated this way.

Went here with my baby around 3 or 330pm today to drop off an ebay purchase. The gentleman with the mask at the front checkout was great and super helpful! He walked me through it and showed me the correct box I needed! Whatever your paying him it is not enough!

Honestly Tasha is the best, her patience is incredible. She helped me write the to and from address on my box. She need a raise honestly.
