Hugo is so helpful. He tried to save my old phone but couldn't. He helped me get a new phone. He's very helpful and friendly and knows how to treat his customers. I recommend going to that location, in Summit IL

Terrible customer service. I went there to yo upgrade my phone and we ended up being charged for items we did not ask such as phone insurance. Stay away from this place!!!I would give the ZERO stars if that option was available.

I came into this store to activated two phones and the guy at the desk told me I needed both phones with me in order to activate them.. They were both paid off and carrier unlocked. I turned around and went to Walmart to buy the SIM cards and activated them myself in the parking lot. Thanks for nothing.
