I strongly recommend this dealership, Al was super helpful and was super nice. Called to confirm the vehicle I wanted was still there, had 2.5hr drive. Once all said and done they had the vehicle cleaned for me and had filled my tank for my drive home. Super awesome customer service. Thank you Al ! Will continue to come here for my vehicle needs

I never write a review for anything but felt obligated to review this dealership after my go around with the vehicle I purchased from JZ Auto. I paid too much money for a Chevy truck that had many undisclosed issues that they put “band-aid” patchwork all over. Easy to miss when seeing the car a number of times and during test drives. The frame broke due to their negligence while I was driving, which was severely dangerous. I wish I had known they were not as fair as they come off. Also worth mentioning is the loan company (West Lake Financial) they offer is extremely shady as well as any warranty package they offer. I really lost a lot on the unjust deal made with them. Recommend avoiding this dealership at all costs.
They then questioned the integrity of the above review to show face, don’t be fooled! They called the review “unfair”…
They called out that I had the truck inspected which is true, on the surface the “band-aids” covered up real issues during an extensive inspection. The problems began to surface once things began to break and a mechanic was able to really dissect the issue and expose the shortcuts that were taken to under the hood. The suspension, frame rust, struts, control arms, even the A/C to name a few were all patched jobs that broke only months after my purchase. They also questioned if I was off-roading (which I have never been) as if the Chevy they claimed to be in impeccable shape and with their name on it shouldn’t be able to handle it. They made sure to post a reply to try and save face to their image of any possible future customers. Again, I never write reviews for any business or product that I purchase but was very much wronged and felt as though if it were to help the next guy’s best interest to avoid this place like the plague!

Bought a used truck from them. They are amazing. They called me back within fifteen minutes of filling out their online purchase request. Made the paperwork simple, and organized shipping to Arkansas the same day they received payment. I will definitely buy from them again.
