GM Clamied name is Luis. Shved Head. Yells at movers as they are physically moving very Heavy Furniture. They are already under pressure lifting very heavy furniture. Didn't really seem to acknowledge any wrong doing.

Great experience from start to finish. Everyone I worked with was responsive, helpful and professional. John did a great job coordinating our move and was in contact with us throughout the whole process.

I scheduled a move and confirmed it 2 days prior to the move and on the day of the move the rep simply could not recall the scheduling and had failed to schedule our office move. Totally unprofessional. She simply said: "well, i don't have a move scheduled for you today." Nothing else. No attempt to remedy anything. Kinda like well... you SOL and that's that.

As you guys can see, the only good reviews posted are from company employees not from customers. Melvin Gallegos is Dispatch. Pamela handles payroll. Ray Beach works taking care of moving materials. The estimates are always off and customers are always paying more than quoted. Customers pay for a certain amount of movers but end up with less movers and a higher bill. Company always charges customer for extra tape and extra boxes even when there no tape or boxes being used for a move. Customers hardly end up happy after services are performed.

Hallett Movers moved and help us facilitate a very important item that was beyond replaceable. It was moved with the utmost of care. The folks there are the best and I would never use anyone else for a Chicago based move. If your looking for a mover who you can trust and be sure your going To be treated with dignity and respect no need to shop around as they are the best!!!

Hallett Movers are magicians! On moving day, a careful, competent, creative, fast working crew arrived punctually to cushion our belongings first in pristine newsprint and then in right-sized new boxes that they marked clearly to direct extra care if needed and destination room location. Each mover completed their chosen area to be packaged and assisted one another as required. Together they orchestrated loading all boxes and furniture on trucks. At the other end, the process reversed. Ta-da! In no time all was assembled and arranged so that moving felt as simple as opening the old door in the morning and closing the new door at night. Hallett Movers are amazing!
