Very unprofessional owner. Worker is cool. But the owner o the light skin man need some education o learn how to treat customer. I purchase some tires nd they install what they feel like it. No worth to argue with someone without education. I take it is loss but don’t recommend any one to go there

I have had a few tires changed, so has my son and my mom. We all had excellent experiences. The last time I was there, a month ago, my tire popped going on the overpass around 6pm. They waited for me to get there, kept asking if I was ok and then gave me a ride home. Got my car the next morning right at 9, when they said. Wonderful family business, great professionalism, strong work ethics and just very nice. Prices were really good. I know nothing about that, but of course I asked around and I was told the price was excellent. I highly recommend. ??

Worst tire shop ever. Paid $40 to get a nail out and plugged. Also, had to ask them to check the air pressure on all the tires. The next day my tire was completely flat, worse than with the nail in it. So took it back and they said the plug is fine, but the tire is busted. $320 for a new tire, no used ones available. I didn't have the $ so was going to leave and he insisted on a tip. So I gave $10 and left with a busted tire. Went to Juarez Village Tire Shop, and they gave me an almost new tire for under $100. They also checked and fixed the air pressure on all 4 tires without having to ask.

RIP OFF. STAY FAR AWAY. $40 for a nail in tire to be fixed??? Then they have ridiculous prices for tires. $300 tire for $500each. Marcos is not only a ripoff, dude doesn’t know how to talk to customers either. Save your money and time. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.

RIP OFF!RIP OFF! Do not waste your time and money. Takes advantage of the customer. Prices are ridicules. I was charged $300 to check all my tires, clean the rims and rotate. Yet he missed a nail in the main tire I had an issue with. Picked up the car left just to return and ask why my tire pressure gage turned back on that's when he took the tire off, supposedly again, checked it in front of me and said, oh, there is a nail. This was the 2nd trip. He knew I needed a tire asap so he charged me an additional $150 for a used tire. After returning from my trip, ended up buying 4 brand new great tires for slightly more at Firestone. It took me two trips to learn my lesson.

NEVER again. RIP OFF! Had my tires and rims cleaned, checked and rotated, and then had to return due to low tire pressure, main reason I took the car in. That's when he found a nail and sold me a used, thinner tire for $141.25. He knew very well I had no choice but to buy it as I told him earlier I'm going on a road trip and didn't have time. Waste of money and time.

This guy is very rude do not know how to talk to his customers. He is selling used tire for for $100. I asked him if he can do $70 he got very upset & was very disrespectful he could have told me he cant do it for $70 simply. He doesn't deserve even 1 star.

Went here from Firestone, i have to say i love this place! I was in and out in 5 minutes!! The guys there are so sweet and understanding! If you have any anxiety about mechanics this is your place! They were open to questions and answered everything sweetly! This is the first mechanic i’ve been to where i felt comfortable in their environment as a woman. They gave me a new tire for what was nearly half at firestone! that included installation and balancing. They even fixed my rim! i’ll be back for my other 3 tires and i’ll keep them as my forever mechanic for any other car needs!

Marcos is well versed in his craft, patient, explains everything clearly, reasonable pricing, and a sense of calm one would not expect to feel in a tire shop!

So as the season gets warmer. I usually swap my 17" factory wheels for some shiny custom 20" wheels. For some reason I could not take off 1 lug nut. I heated it and added WD40 no success. Then lug nut started losing shape so tool slipped. I took it a block away to this tire shop by my house where I was charge $40 just to remove 1 lug nut. This job shouldn't be more then $10-$20. I needed it done so I agreed but now realizing that I was robbed. OVER PRICED! The tech literally took less then 5m to take it off. I get it businesses are trying to catch up after Covid but this is ridiculous. Never going there again unless they reimburse me half back of $20. I can't believe I basically bought him a new lug nut extractor kit he used. The kits are no more then $40...WOW!!!
