I’ve been coming to this location for over a decade, ever since EZ Pawn bought out the previous owner, and my experience with this shop & the majority of it’s employees (with the exception of a few horrible managers who no longer work there, thank God) has CONSISTENTLY been TOP-NOTCH! They give EXCELLENT customer service & their merchandise is priced very reasonably! Irma, Stephanie & Miguel are AMAZING people! I HIGHLY recommend this location!!

I had a fantastic experience with EzPawn. I sold them a 5-year-old record player and a set of Bluetooth speakers that I used with it. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I look forward to doing business with them again!

I've been here many times everyone is very polite and helpful except one lady Veronica. Total B! She has absolutely no business in customer service. Every time I have had to deal with her she has a total f u attitude, resting b face constantly. If she doesn't like her job that bad GET A DIFFERENT ONE! Every time I see her I regret walking through the door!
