I wish somebody would have warned me that the paperwork lady at the window for Building 4 was the inspiration for Roz from Monsters Inc. Beyond being overall rude, she just flat out turned away and ignored me when I asked where my preloaded trailer was.Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is that the security guard for gate 6 and the yard jockey who helped me find the trailer were both extremely nice and helpful.

This is also known as ingredion.. appointment only can't come before 30 minutes before appointment they allowed me to park overnight at gate 1 and I was out an hour I had a 7:30 appointment...

Entrance at gate 5 . In and out with in 1 hour. Guard at gate 5 Nice. Portable washroom and overnight parking available front of guard shack.

Appointment time 10 am but they didn’t take me 1 hour before only 30 min before they take it but have a place to park ( not overnight)out in 1 hour . Loader is nice too , guard help for direction

If you are late because you are waiting in line don't even bother. They will reject youWas waiting for scale half hour to realize that dryvans don't weigh, Only tankers. Made me half hour late when I made it on time to my appointment. I tried to explain but they didn't care. BECAUSE I was "late" half hour. By the way no sign that says vans do not weigh.

Loaders need to really be educated in the fact that when a driver comes in to there facility our electronic logging does not stop. The clock still ticks away. Making drivers wait because you are busy watching something on your phone is getting to be rediculas. The work place is not for watching what ever you are streaming on your phone tablet or what ever devices you choose to bring.
