Jordan was a great help with getting my granddaughters tablet replaced. It only took him a few minutes to file the claim and have a new one on its way. It took one day to get it. Jordan is always very helpful and knows what he's doing. He is friendly and considering he's the only worker and there all the time he's in a good mood and great spirits always deals with what I need to deal with.
