The ladies that helped me at the Bethany branch were so nice, and very helpful.

As far as a bank goes, it's your typical small town establishment. Money goes in. Money comes out. My real problem with this bank is mostly just with the Sullivan branch. The few times I've needed something or had a question, I'm always met with a rude, snide and generally unpleasant individual. I won't name names, but I'm guessing if you've met them, you know exactly who i speak of. It's usually the same one. If they would just clean up that aspect of the business, I'm sure it would be a great place to bank.

It's a good bank as long as you don't run in to any life problems. I'm writing on behalf of another, but I did witness everything that happened. Upon the death of her ex husband, the bank refused to give the remaining amount of money to her children, who are the beneficiaries on the account. They instead took it, and explained it was for his house payments. The house was already signed back over to the bank. So essentially, they stole from children who's father just died. This is not the only thing they've done. But they are a bank, and banks love money. Other than that, they have great loan rates, and multiple account options tailor made for you!
