They told me I had the wrong exhaust system to add to my car when really they didn’t know how to put it on. They waited until I came to pick my car up to say anything about it being wrong when I told them to call me if anything happens. I walked back in there and had to teach them. Showed them photos of how it is installed for them to actually do it. Took hours, which I expected. The manager was amazing. I think his name was Dave. Super polite and respectable man. Held conversations for hours and entertained me while I waited for my car to finish. (Since they messed it up prior and I had to sit there and wait). Pretty clean waiting room and they provided coffee which one lady said tasted horrible, but I don’t drink coffee.

Neal tire is quick and knowledgeable, oil change in & out. Ask for josh he is quick and full of information. Awesome guy's. Don't go to car-x they suck. Neal's in Sullivan is the place to go.

Very accommodating to my schedule and needs. Everything was done well, and ahead of the promised timeframe. The employees were very knowledgeable, and friendly. The atmosphere was nice, clean, and more comfortable with more to do while you wait than just about every place I have gone to before. I highly recommend going to this place for all your future tire needs. I know I will.
