I called the dealership and spoke to Jalon. He informed me that the vehicle was in Decatur, but could have someone go get it and have it in Sullivan by the time I got there. It took a little longer than that, but not much.

“Overheard an older man who wasn't able to afford a part and instead of leaving it at that, they went above and beyond for him to find a used cheap part that he could. When I've gone there, they've checked my car and given me a little fix for free. I was extremely happy. They have good hearts and work their asses off. I always see them working in their garage space. Clean, welcoming environment. Everyone who waits in the lobby loves conversation. I've had some good laughs that made the whole process much faster. Plus, when I'm outside for a smoke break the mechanics will personally come and update me about what's going on which feels really great. I feel apart of the visit.”
