Had a great experience and saved money! Went into the store to talk about Verizon Home Internet for a family member. It isn't available at the home address that we needed it to be, but Matt, the manager/owner? explained it was likely because the current capacity had been met in our area (Big Rock). He did say that the more demand there is in that area, the better the chance of it opening up again...so if you're interested in better, and less expensive home internet, put your name on their list so Verizon can reconfigure things. I personally have it and it is WAY better than AT&T "high speed".
While we were there, he took a look at my bill and was able to save us some dollars because we were on an old plan and were being charged fees, basically for nothing. He saved us enough that we added HBO Max, and we were still ahead. I highly recommend this store. I read some negative reviews, and I'm pretty sure that this is "pre" new management. Check them out... I was NOT disappointed!

I recently visited Russell Cellular in Sugar Grove for a phone upgrade. The staff, especially Morgan, Matt, and Timothy, were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They patiently explained all the different phone options and Verizon plans, making sure I understood everything before making a decision. Their friendly and knowledgeable demeanor made the entire process stress-free. I especially appreciate their attentiveness to my needs as a disabled customer. They were very understanding and ensured I had everything I needed throughout the visit. I highly recommend this store to anyone in Sugar Grove looking for Verizon service, particularly those who require extra assistance.

We arrived at the Verizon location in Sugar Grove. The hours of business said they are open until 7, but we are here at 5 58, closed to 6, and the store wasn't open.

Was going to get a new phone at 4 o clock on a Tuesday the location was said to close at 6. When I arrived at 4 the doors were closed and locked. There was no note and their website was not updated. Waste of time.

Regretfully unhelpful. All they did to address my problem was send me to the corporate Verizon store up on Randall. If you're just looking for a minor accessory, they are probably fine, but for any serious technical support, go elsewhere.

Had a order placed the night before thru Verizon and a store pick up set up here , this place decided to cancel my order cause they only had one iPad supposedly, yet when the peros working there checks they all of a sudden had a l lot more , drive 45 minutes out of my way , and this store could not even call to me know what is going on .

Person that helped me with my phone was very stand off ish and wanted to push me out the door as fast as he could and when I told him my problem he just scoffed at me. Had glasses, dark hair and earrings

Great store to deal with. While driving home from a road trip my phone would not work properly, called Verizon tech service with the wife's phone. Spent 2.5 hours on the phone with them while driving and even stopped in a store in Wisconsin, nothing worked. Stopped in my hometown store and tim was great, fixed it in about 4 minutes. Tim gave us great customer service. We will continue to do business there

AVOID! Just drive to another location. The man was rude (insulted my phone) and unhelpful (blamed verizon’s business model instead of making any effort) and ultimately sold me a damaged SIM card that I didn’t even need. #sadface
