“Me and my fiancés vehicle broke down on the side of the ride near Sugar Grove, we were a little drained from the day and totally forgot to get the gentleman’s name who came and got our vehicle (if you remember who came for the Mitsubishi endeavor feel free to add that to this) we were gonna have to be dropped off by the police somewhere to figure out a drive home, but the man came over and offered to drop us off. 30+ minutes away from the broke down spot. “My Jeep wouldn't start. I called my insurance for roadside assistance and Pablo came out within about 20 minutes. I went to get another truck and that one had a flat tire.I called back to see if I get Pablo to come back and help me swap the tires. I waited about an hour or so and he came back and by hand and with the tool he took off all the bolts from the the wheel and replaced with spare.In my book that is the best service he was professional and friendly he got the bill ready. “Dealt with both Todd & Ron. They were both very nice and thorough. I was sent over to them by a local car dealership due to some scratches on my new truck. I had to leave my truck there for a few hours because they were booked up already and squeezing me in, and they got it all done within the day. They were successful in buffing out all of the scratches so it looks perfect. I was skeptical that they’d get it to look as good as it does. The scratches looked a bit deep. They also checked out the entire truck and found another scratch that I missed and took care of that one too. I appreciate them accommodating me with little notice and doing a very good job. I’d highly recommend them and will take any of my other vehicles to them if the need ever arises. Thanks!”

“I know this is going to sound crazy, but it was a miracle that I happened to drive by at the most needed time!I had an appointment in Naperville that I had to reschedule from last Wednesday, because I forgot I had to go in person. I knew my front tires were low on air and I planned on the way back home I was going to fill them once I got to the next gas station since I needed gas as well. I was letting Google Maps direct me since I live at least 1 and a half hours away, there was at least 2 notifications for Google for a faster route and I accepted the tips. Then the next thing I know my car notifies me that my back passenger tire was getting low. I was praying for a gas station then I started watching my car sensor show that the air was going out fast in the back tire. In a second of time, I saw your sign and immediately knew I needed to stop there! Thankfully and I'm grateful that I did! The employees working were kind, polite, and able to get my back tire patched up and filled all my tires up right away for me, so I could get home safely. The mechanic that worked on my vehicle; I really appreciate you making the time, even making me aware of a another current, but mild issue with my vehicle, and assured me that it was safe enough for me to get home. Thank you so much again! May God bless you all much!!”
