1899 Village Center Pkwy, Montgomery“Tara and Jamette were so kind and helpful today! I went in for my passport photo this morning and Tara was so great to work with. I got a call from Jamette later in the day after they closed, asking me to come back in because they forgot to have me sign the passport application (honest mistake). I had no problem at all driving the ten minutes back over to the post office - they had me ring the service bell when I arrived since they were closed and Jamette came right out with my paperwork. She was super apologetic but I was not upset about it at all. I signed my paperwork and I was on my merry way. All it takes is kindness. I was super kind and respectful to them, and they showed me the same in return. Thanks so much, ladies!”
“I walked in here yesterday, and saw this woman Peggy working BY HERSELF. I went to grab a pen to fill out information, and noticed the line was almost out the door. When I finished filling out my information and looked up, the line was almost completely empty. Peggy was able to help everybody by herself, despite how busy it was. I would give 5 stars for service, and if I had to gripe about anything it would be that they could get more people in to work so that you don't have 1 person working alone.”

“I must give credit when due and today I had a package I missed and needed redelivered, I called the Yorkville USPS and spoke to a man named Ryan, this is where the credit and respect comes in. Ryan listened to my concerns, found my package, offered to have it delivered today and I want to point out the mailman already came. Ryan called me back within 5 minutes of my phone call to the Yorkville USPS and offered 3 options I can choose from, since I wanted to drive my car and check a seal on my windshield I chose to drive and Ryan has made sure I will have my package waiting. So many times we hear bad things about others experience, so I want to make sure good experiences are shared as much. I felt Ryan actually cared, i was surprised how quickly Ryan solved the issue and to go above and beyond making sure even after hours I got my package today. So Thank You Ryan you have made my day, I wish more people were like you, you have my respect.”

500 N Randall Rd, Batavia“Needless to say this location is a surprise every time you walk in. More times than none you walk in and you have a clerk that seems irritated with their job and they want nothing to do with waiting on a customer. I've even had clerks see the size of the packages that I had to send out and they left the window and made me have to ring the bell for service and a new clerk came out.I run a non-for-profit and I was sending out free items to people in need and I had touched base with a clerk named AMY. She helped me to estimate how much these packages would be to flat rate mail them back to the customers so I could collect the money from these customers before shipping. She was the most pleasant clerk I have ever went into in this location and it has made me change my attitude towards going to this location because I've always had awful experiences. The reason for the five-star rating is BECAUSE OF AMY. If I walk in the location and Amy is not there I will take my business elsewhere. I have never had a good experience with any other person but her. I'm just going to consider her my personal meal service lady. She's fantastic. If you see her give her an air hug because she deserves it.”
