KB Collision was recommended to me by a trusted friend, and the business provided the first rate customer service, workmanship, and pricing I was assured they would. Catherine and Ken were clear, positive, and encouraging at every stage of the service. They described what needed to be done with the car and why, working out financials and details seamlessly with my insurance company. They secured parts that were in prime condition within a very reasonable amount of time, especially at a time when parts are particularly difficult to secure. Everything from the seal on the door that was replaced to the other body work and painting were flawless. The car looks and drives like new. I was especially impressed that they were able to deliver the car within some special time constraints that developed, allowing me to be in my own car to help out a family friend in need. They were able to get my car in the day of the accident. They delt with my insurance company and the repairs done were extremely high quality. Great costumer service and communication. Cannot recommend this shop enough if you need repairs done to your vehicle after an accident.

I've used KB Collision twice. The first time was great. Service King in North Aurora had wanted to charge over $2000 to fix some scratches on my car and KB did it for $350. They did a good job and were professional. The second time, I brought my car in to get the windshield replaced. Again, they did a good job for a great price but they also got the inside of my car dirty. There was dirt on my center console, specs of grime on my dashboard and steering wheel, fingerprints on my rear view mirror, and a lot of dried mud in the driver's side doorframe. The work and the price were great but now I'm going to have to clean up the mess. The people on the front desk also don't wear masks during a pandemic. Overall a good place though.

My daughters driver side rear view mirror just fell off literally. I took it to KB Collision to see if they could help. Totally fixed it in like 5 min!! Had to get some scratches fixed on my bumper. I will say, I had to wait 3 weeks to get my car in, but it was well worth it! They are extremely professional and did a great job communicating what was needed for my car to me. They gave me a very reasonable quote and when it ended up being completely accurate for what was needed. I have a very different color for my car and they said they struggled to match it perfectly, but it looks great and brand new! They did a PERFECT job matching it! They also buffed out a few scratches on a door at no extra cost where someone clearly hit my door with theirs. If I need repair to my car ever again, I would definitely go back to KB Collision and I plan to recommend them to family and friends as well. This was my first time going to them and I couldn’t be happier!!

I brought in a wierd situation, I was installing a spoiler off of a wide body kit and messed it up abit. I was certain I would have to buy a hole new trunk at that point. But they managed to untangle my mess up and make it look amazing. I was very impressed, and I get compliments on the spoiler all the time. I've been there a few other times and I've sent a few buddies there who are very pleased with the quality of work they do. Affordable pricing as well. Personally this is the only shop I would bring my car to for body and paint work.
