I was shopping for a new Yamaha golf car earlier this year. After talking to a few other dealers throughout the Midwest. I found Tony at Harris and there was no way I was going buy one anywhere else. He was very helpful and a pleasure to do business with.

Encountered one of the rudest customer service interactions I've ever experienced while calling to request information on rentals. Did not catch the woman's name that answered, but will not be calling back here again.

Poor service they said they could fix my machine then several days after I dropped it off they said they could not. I had to arrange another trailer to pick it up but COVID hit and they were closed coup[le months later they said they were going to charge me storage (OK) then they ended up scrapping my golf cart without proper notification to me.

Called and asked for help with a golf cart tire. I was met at the door by a young lady who took took my tire and rim and promptly had it replaced. Everyone I had contact with was friendly and helpful. I will continue to do business with Harris!!

Would recommend this location to anyone looking for a new or used cart. Tony was the most helpful and fast responding person I have dealt with. Tried another location in Wauconda, Monster somthing. Not even close to being on the same level. I look foward to being a customer with these guys. Got my used 2015 upfitted with exactly what I was looking for and delivered to my house. 5 stars all day long.

Bought a pre-owned custom Yamaha golf cart and absolutely love it. The staff is super flexible, was able to make no-interest payments over four months. When I received the golf car I had an issue with the battery shortly after and they drove all the way to the campground it was at and changed the battery for no extra charge. AMAZING customer service, highly recommend.
