Ron was professional, patient, courteous and informative as I returned multiple times to test the Purple mattresses and compare it to others in the store. I decided on the Purple mattress, and it was delivered days later along with the Purple pillow. The entire process was easy from financing to delivery to setup.Ron is a pro and really cares about helping his customers find the perfect mattress.”

“I had family coming for the holiday and needed to rent a bed, but I only wanted it for short terms, majority of the location near me have you rent for at least a month, but not Premier. They (Philip and Juanita) accommodated my needs perfectly. It was an easy transaction, even when I changed the drop off date twice, it was not a problem...They delivered and set up my bed, with out a problem, they took note of my my house and was very careful with the product, and did the same during picking up.Unlike many places, Premier did not ask me to like them on Facebook, or rate them on Google, they just did the work expected and did it well. I do not write reviews often and when I do, I tend to write my review after the final transaction, for obvious reasons. I have already told a few friends about this place and I will continue to spread the word. This is now my go to place for rental. Thank you Premier for making my experience a very positive one.”
“We love our sofa! The quality of the product is outstanding. We did the stealth system and love the sound quality we get from it. It’s perfect for a night in with a movie and popcorn or to snuggle up in on a cold dreary day. The fabric is better than we anticipated and it cleans up nicely. Sam is super helpful and very knowledgeable. My husband even got me a footsac and pillow!”

“If you ever want to get lost in a store and wander. This is the store. I have been a frequent customer of The Rustic Fox, and there is always a lot to see. The only downside is that at items. Due to the large space that this establishments spans it can be daunting or even overwhelming at times. However if you are patient you can always seem to walk away with a few gems. There are a lot of vendors that take part in The Rustic Fox. You have everything ranging from clothing and jewelry, to decor, liquor mixes and pet treats and apparel. I will say it is a little hard to lose track of what aisles you have visited and which ones you have yet to explore. Truly estimate spend a minimum of an hour in the store as you explore. It is certainly one of my favorite weekend spots to roam to see what new goodies can be found.”

She was amazing with her customer service skills, helping us match our own chair, and then to our surprise she even carried out our own chair for us. We had a small bump in the road with our delivery and she took care of that too. Erin handled all of this with genuine care and an enthusiastic attitude! It's not just the sale, but the service with the sale that made our experience amazing!”

“very good. the staff are always very helpful. My suggestion is that your store open earlier. A lot of people are out shopping for supplies for their DYI projects and want to get started early. Especially on the weekends.I have purchased both of my swimming pools from the Batavia store, and have a lot of trust in them”

“This summer, we attended the annual Geneva Illinois Car Show.While we were there, I saw several people with shopping bags from The Cocoon Boutique store.I was intrigued, so I went inside to check out out.It is listed as a furniture and household goods store, but it is much more than that.Yes, they have some furniture, but, they also have a lot of eclectic kitschy items as well as some clothing.There is a vast assortment of soaps, toiletries, figurines, costume jewelry, and unique gift items.It's 2 floors of fun and I suggest that you stop in next time you're in the area.”

“Nothing beats great customer service, products I want, and all while sipping on my Starbucks. I have never had a bad experience and we have been coming here for 10 years. Today a young man helped me out to find a product. He went above and beyond for me. He checked his scanner and found 1 left in the store. Anyone who works retail will understand that seeing one left in inventory usually means out of stock. Well he searched high and low and found the shoes in my size. He spent like 10 minutes looking. That's good customer service. Keep up the good job! We will be back as usual. We walk in needing paper towels and leave with a basket full. Happens every time.”

Legit, it was not so long ago that I had to make a separate stop to pick up milk after hitting up the 'ol Tar-jay. Now, I can get trowels, towels, tampons, and turnips all in one place.*Well, maybe not the turnips. But they do have other veggies.**They might have turnips. I'm not sure. I don't really eat turnips, so I've never looked.”

“I was out shopping for a new recliner and went to Nick's Furniture. It turned out to be my best decision. Nick was very helpful and wanted to know what I wanted and needed in a recliner. I'm a tall person and a majority of the recliners are too small for me. Nick showed me some recliners the had a foot extender and one model that had the foot extender & an adjustable power headrest. I found the perfect recliner thanks to Nick. I can't say how grateful I am for all the help Nick gave me. They also have a nice selection of quality furniture. Thank you again Nick for all your help.”
