Called for a tow in YorkvilleBOB showed up and said I need to have the tire on to tow it. I told him 3 bystanders earlier tried to help me remove it to put on the spare and couldn’t so it was just sitting on the jack when he came. I told bob if he can help me put it back he said he couldn’t lift heavy things due to heart problems so I said I can help him with Any of that I have all the tools and the old tire he just sat in his car looking at me saying he was busy he has to help someone else. I said I don’t have the knowledge on car stuff that’s why I had 3men help me earlier and he just said to put the tire back on and he’ll come back and drove away. Bob as a grown man is in the car service industry and could not assist me with my car problems. Make it make sense he should not be working here if he can’t or is “unable” to do his job do to health problems. I had Lalos towing service help me put the spare on and get my car towed from a younger man.

Bob was a nice guy. Picked up the car pretty quickly as well. However, he did not accept debit/credit as payment and we had to find an atm. This was a hassle due to my bank flagging an odd atm transaction. Overall, great service outside of the payment inconvenience.

Quick and easy. Called them and got my car towed right when I needed it and to top it off they gave me a price cheaper than anyone else did in the area(i made numerous calls).Also noticed he used a block to make sure my bumper doesn’t get ruined when he released the car as it is lowered??10/10Services: Special vehicle towing

My SUV is an all wheel drive and should not be towed , it should be loaded on a flat bed. The tow truck driver should have known this. My mechanic told me there were a lot of errors from being “towed”! I did not know this. HOWEVER, as the tow driver, he should have known!I would NEVER recommend this guy!!!

After reading all of the reviews I was skeptical about calling them, but at 2:30 in the morning and my motor club couldn't get me any help I must have called 5 or more places no one would answer! Well I called Axel and a tech showed up in 30-35 minutes, he had my tire changed and I was on my way, I was wondering what it costs to have a tire changed so I called around the next day, he was actually right in line with everyone else, so whatever you read, remember at 2:30 in the morning and waiting for 4 hours for a motor club to send a truck that never comes, give them a call they came out for me.Service: Tire change

Charged 225.00 to my car 6ft. I even hooked the chain to my car. Worst ever.
