“Was traveling back home to Wisconsin on the interstate when I heard a loud noise and suddenly my vehicle went into reduced engine power mode. I needed to find a place to stop and possibly have someone look at my SUV, pulled into Schimmer Chevrolet and they were able to work me in and fix the (thankfully) minor issue and get me back on my way safely to Wisconsin. I know how difficult it can be to work someone in for vehicle service but Schimmer Chevy did it without hesitation. “I have a 1987 dodge d150 I worked on a bit but was unsure of a few problems. They took her in and diagnosed it quickly. They patched up a leaky exhaust, tested my compression. Fixed the tail lights which didn't function at all and advised me of a few issues before fixing them. I've taken my other cars to them and wouldn't go anywhere else. They are honest, dependable, and tell it like it is. If it needs done they'll do it, all in all I would choose them before anyone else.Services: Tires”
“Lee and his crew were over the top with personal care and consideration for the repair on my 20' travel trailer. It needed bearings and a axel replacement. Along with that the brake housings were replaced also. Lee was very helpful and opened the garage door so I could drop off the parts needed for the timely repairs. Thanks again to Lee and his crew.

“On our recent trip to Madison WI, our vehicle broke down in Princeton IL. Sahuayo Auto Repair was the only shop that was open and willing to tow us and repair the vehicle. Jorge, the owner, was really helpful and understanding of our situation that he prioritize our vehicle since we had our two young kids with us and coming from California. They treated us like family. They offer to take us to a near by hotel to stay for the night since the parts wouldn’t be here within the next 2 days. As soon they received the parts they worked on our vehicle and had it repaired and ready for us to continue on our way. I would definitely recommend this auto repair to anyone that needs their vehicles work on. And also don’t be fool by the young man that works with Jorge. He looks like a teenager but he is really knowledgeable about cars and repairs that needs to be done. As a matter of fact, he is the one that repaired my vehicle. I’m really satisfied and happy with their work . 100% family owned business!!! I will return on my way back to California to get a wheel bearing replace.”
