I love taking something old and making it new again. My Parents gave me this ring for my 8th grade graduation over 35 years ago. I remember picking it out at the jewelry counter in Bloomington. Because it was too small, I didn't wear it anymore, so I took it to VanDuzer Jewelers recently to get it resized and rhodium plated. It's yellow gold, but I'm a white gold gal.They did a FABULOUS job and I'm in LOVE ?

Naomi and another sales associate were amazing to work with a few months back. (Sorry I couldn’t remember her name). Long story short I was in desperate need of two items ASAP. Naomi made sure I was happy.She went above and beyond to make sure I received my items in time. I gave her my unrealistic need by date of 24 hours. She pulled it off. I am so pleased with the customer service that Vanduzer’s offers they always go beyond for you. With the friendly employees that make for a wonderful shopping experience! They have an amazing selection of stunning jewelry to choose from or special order! I wanted diamond studs for a baby which they had a large selection to pick from and Mark Vanduzer was able to customize them to have the safety backs on the studs! They turned out perfectly I was so happy!

They were very nice. I brought in a watch that needed a link and a new battery and they finished it in like an hour. They also measured my wrist and ring size just because I was curious. Apparently I have ladies wrists though ???

The diamond came out of my engagement ring that was purchased 44 years ago from a jeweler no longer in business, before we came to Ottawa for the Christmas holiday. We dropped the ring and diamond off with Mark on 12/19. He completed replacing the prongs and cleaning the ring and we picked it up on 12/22! Excellent customer service and workmanship.
