“I don't know this girls name but she was very helpful. I got replacement phone through asurion because of water damage. Got new phone and it had a different number on it. Phone wouldn't activate. Tried customer service and since number wasn't on account it wouldn't activate. So I went back to talk to her. She looked into it. Had to change phone model on account and had to activate new Sim card with my number. Now it works.”
