The worst experience of my life trying to make a shipment, the girl who works in front is very rude and poorly educated, if you need to send something, go anywhere except this one, the service is horrible

No type of customer service skills here. Supervisor talks to you as if your dumb. The staff is extremely condescending. Apparently if a mail man is too lazy yo get out of the mail truck you won't get mail for multiple days and supervisor won't take a complaint.
