After a few months with them they sent emails to everyone saying they were raising the price to “improve service”. It’s just stuff sitting in a storage space. Nothing to improve. They obviously were just being greedy.

Very friendly staff. Was shown everything about the location with a nice guided tour. The storage is clean, bright, climate controlled, and easily accessible. Prices seemed to be on par with the market.

Thieves!!! PLEASE DON'T USE THIS STORAGE if you have anything of value!! The current manager receives kickbacks from buys to steal/take your items!!

I had someone charge my account at same time storage was about due and waiting for new card. Property manager was supposed to call about possibly lowering $60 charge but never called so got stuck with paying. Automatically deducted each month for years so hoped for some help to not pay $311.

When I first went to find a storage, and, then, get the storage it was Elvira at the front desk, and she was awesome. And, now it is Dominique and she is more than awesome.
Prices are great as well.
