There was a blond skinny lady with a ponytail who was rude. I wanted an empty display box for something I found and when the cashier asked her if I could take it (mind you it was totally just trash, it was quite literally a display box) she asks very loudly “is there merchandise in here?” And starts looking around the little slits of the box as if I was stealing something. The WORST drive up ever. They will bring everyone else’s order that has just got there apart although you notified them AHEAD of time that you were on the way as well prior to arriving.

Worst customer service. Couldn't answer the phone if their building depended on it. Bakery never some one there. I asked a girl to call an employee and even management gave her a terrible response. I may need to find a different store. Sucks

Overall the store was clean and the cashier very professional and friendly, however the wait time is horrible.

Big box establishment are a general frustration. Target is particularly because they seem to ty to sell everything but no two stores seem to be laid out the same. They should take a hint from the Lowes mobile app and add a product locator and map for each store.

Was greatly impressed by the outstanding customer support at the Target store located off of Sutton Road in Bartlett. Nathan was outstanding with helping me return my items and Ian was also incredibly helpful when pointing me in the right direction to help find the specific items that I did need to purchase. Couldn’t be more happy with all of the help at this store and the other associates who all make Target a better place altogether to shop!

Nobody answers the phone, 12 self checkout lanes completely closed. 2 lanes open with a line down them and every one with full carts.. I'm just trying to get a couple items. Not wait in line for 30 minutes. Location sucks, any question i ask employees is followed by "I'm actually not sure". Anything you buy at target is literally 2 to 3 dollars more expensive than walmart. Kind of sad.

Super Target in Streamwood Illinois is great.. it is clean and has stocked inventory for all documents.

Went to the Streamwood Target store to purchase a new Dyson vacuum cleaner.The price was the same at Best Buy and ABT.They had the vacuum cleaner that I wanted to buy in stock.Had to ask a store assistant to unlock the vacuum before I took it to checkout.Checkout was friendly and quick.Location for me is convenient.I will be back soon.

Tried to call to see if something was in stock instead of wasting gas to see if something could possibly NOT be at this location all calls were dropped so somebody picked up the phone then hung up in every single department will not be using this location in the near future if I can avoid it horrible service people and can't even do their jobs or even pick up a phone for customers horrible experience for a horrible store
