Sutton Road is the best animal hospital in the area for several reasons, and we've been to many specialists:
1) The doctor is exceptionally smart and caring. She recommended a new (approved late last year) drug for our cat that has enhanced his life.
2) These are the nicest staff/vet techs that I have even seen. It's a pleasure to come in.
3) The clinic itself is not chaotic. It's quiet, and you quickly move into a room. Great for skittish pets or ones that don't tolerate others.
4) The costs are truly reasonable, which is odd for a smaller group, but I believe this is because they prioritize care rather than gouging.
I love these guys and highly recommend them.

I have owned my dog Delilah for over 2 years now and I have been bringing her to SRA Hospital every since. I trust them. I get all of her health care there. And the staff are all so very friendly and professional.

My cat, Ginger was not yet established at a vet near this area. I am newer to the area so I searched online for close vet offices and Sutton Road came up so I decided to give them a call and I am SO glad that I did. From the moment that I walked in with Ginger, each staff member that I encountered was very nice and very professional. Dr. Yocom made me feel at ease with Ginger's diagnosis and took excellent care of her. She walked me through the entire exam and made sure that myself and Ginger felt comfortable with her. Once the exam was over, Michelle came in to give me Ginger's medications and explained everything to me in detail and showed me how to administer prior to me leaving the exam room. I also really appreciate that the staff did not push any extra tests on me as well, which would have cost more money. The overall price I felt was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Sutton Road Animal Hospital to anyone that asks!

We have been bringing munchkin to Sutton Road since he was a baby. They have been amazing. He’s now close to 13 and we’ve never had an issue at Sutton. Staff has always been very friendly. They’ve always taken care of us. The atmosphere is very clean and very nice and I wouldn’t take him anywhere else . I strongly always suggest Sutton Road when anyone asks, thanks you guys for being our trusted veterinarian.

Sutton Road Animal Hospital made time for my dog when he was sick. They are kind and compassionate. I have always felt that my animals receive wonderful care at this facility.

I have had many many animals in my life. My last two dogs died a few years ago from old age so I figured I would get the memories from the past over and go to a different vet. I went to about five anywhere from South Elgin to Palatine. LET ME TELL YOU GUYS!!! Sutton Road is the place to go!! It’s so clean and friendly and knowledgable even more than before. The other vets were horrible compared to here. I didn’t realize it when I left before that I would regret it. Now I know all my animals— dogs and cats are in the best hands. Like they say u don’t know what you have til it’s gone!!!!!

Wonderful facility and staff! I could tell they care about the furry patients from the moment I checked in! They offered my cat a pheromone towel to help ease his stress and during the visit both the vet and the technician were showering him with affection and even gave him a treat! I will be making them my new veterinarian for all my fur babies!

Had to put our cat phil, down. Treated us with kindness and compassion. Dr and vet assistant were very respectful of the process, and made the sad event less painful for all involved.

Started coming here with my senior dog. They were ok. After I had to put my senior down. ( not with them ) thank goodness.. I came back with a puppy few months later a puppy we rescued. N they have been nothing but rude and unprofessional didnt appreciate the way I or my dog were treated. These ppl shouldn't be working in this field ... with dogs or Humans. Horrible customer service !!!!!
