I came here and tried to use the mat cleaning machine but it wasnt working. So i asked for the worker to help me and after swiping my card several times he said i had to pay cash. Finally in the end when i tried to wash my mats the soap wasnt coming put and only water was. I asked why there was no soap but the worker said that there just wasnt any. If he knew that there was no soap why didnt he tell me? I didnt come here to rinse my mat with water. They are very unprofessional and wasted my time.

Went at 8:45 pm and the vacunes were already closed on June 21st. When online it says it’s closed at 9pm.

The car wash facility runs well however the customer service is horrible. I pay for a monthly deal which gives me unlimited car washes per month. Today I payed for more options . When I arrive to the entrance I ask the guy to use the brush to remove residue on the window. And that I paid for more options. The attendant went to his boss to discuss if they should clean my window. They said I needed to buy the more expensive package to get my rear window clean. I’m now looking for other places to clean my car. Poor customer service

Fat Mexican guy, who can barely breathe, called himself getting mad at me for throwing my trash away, in the trash can today. Dude was yelling and walked up to my car, eager to check me about it. And I pay a monthly membership here.

This carwash experience was awesome. Vacume was stronger than I'm used to at other places. Water beaded up on my hood for the first time and my truck came out super shiny with the coating they used. I highly recommend this establishment. ?

That car wash is the worst car wash I have ever gone to. I took my SUV to this car wash and the driver side mirror broke. I talk to Arturo, the manager, and he was rude and offensive. He told me that he is not going to pay for that and said "do whatever you want". So I had to spend time and money to fix it. I would never come back again.

the $10 was is no different than the $5 wash. most car washes will wipe your windshield prior to going through the auto machine or rear glass if dirty, the refuse if you don’t buy the $20+ dollar wash. overpriced and ridiculous rules by management. spend your money somewhere else

This wash does clean well and leaves patches - especially in the trunk area. When you purchase most expensive wash, start doesn’t pre-clean well at all. The do a quick wipe on the half of the trunk leaving the everything else dirty.
