I already called and spoke directly to the woman who cut my hair this afternoon, but feel it’s rather unresolved and a little ridiculous I am not being reimbursed. She was a very nice woman, but lacks in ability to cut hair. She didn’t dry my hair, which was fine, but she also didn’t give me a mirror to let me see what it looked like. Now I know why she didn’t. When I got home and dried it and straightened it, this is what it looked like. I went straight to another salon to have my hair fixed. What is bothersome to me is she didn’t apologize, but rather said she’s never had someone complain before. Anyways, I will not be returning and definitely won’t be recommending the salon.

Wife's hair always comes out orange and the haircut isn't what she wanted. Was much better but I found better.

Best hair salon around! Very clean, staff is very friendly. Melinda has done my hair for years. And Lucy the shampoo girl is simply wonderful!!

Never going back to this place, Fara is very rude and ruins your hair, rushes with the haircut ti start other clients. Very bad service

If you want the best of the best when it comes to having your hair done, then you MUST ask for Katie! I have been coming to Bella Vita for over 10 years and there is no one better than Katie. Everyone at the salon is wonderful and excellent stylists. Customer service is a 5 star which in my book means so much along with the excellent stylists they have at Bella Vita. They treat you like family.

Fara, is the best hairstylist in the World! she did my highlights & it looked so beautiful! Everyone asked me where I got them done from? she also does amazing haircuts!!!!! i never go anywhere else but her!!!!!! She is a wonderful hairstylist with awesome talents! Try her & you will be glad you did
