Their services are great the only reason i rated them a 3 is due to security reasons when calling in to do payments over the phone. Some of the attendees repeat card numbers out loud and that is a security issue right there.

It has come to my attention that this establishment may have engaged in potentially misleading practices by activating the automatic renewal feature on my insurance policy, despite my explicit request to the contrary. Upon discovering these irregularities, I promptly reached out to their customer service department the following day to request a full refund and cancellation of the policy. Regrettably, my request was denied due to the fact that I had exceeded the stipulated grace period by a single day. I had initially contacted them as Ramos was my agent, however, they were unable to assist me and advised me to contact my insurance company, Progressive, directly to address the matter.
In addition, I would like to bring to your attention that upon comparing insurance quotes from various providers, I discovered a more cost-effective option with a difference of approximately $600 compared to the best offer provided by this establishment.
