Teachers here are great, and they care. It’s not just a daycare but like a school. My child learns so much here. His day is full of learning activities and structure.

Best care. Clean and sanitary. Very structured. They follow a curriculum. Staff is on point. The director doesn’t play around when it comes to the children or the structure. My child is non verbal autistic & has come a very long way at this location. It takes a village to raise a child. & kiddie academy is our village. We are so grateful

I’m not one to write a review and I have tried to address the issue with management , I had my Son enrolled into this academy back in June I had asked the manager Jackie I had a concern with my son since he might be needing surgery he started daycare deposit and first week was paid in contract it states you have to give a 4 week notice to remove child , when the question was asked to Jackie prior to my son being enrolled that he might have to be removed due to medical circumstance . He only got to go to this daycare for 3 days I called to see if I can get my deposit back and was told I couldn’t and I was going to be receiving and email stating my deposit would be held for a year . Email that was never sent . I called her again recently giving them more than enough time and was told the hire up would give me a call that I never received . Please save your time and money this place is so unprofessional. And DON’T CARE ABOUT THE CHILDREN WELL BEING !!!UPDATE:[ As expected NO PHONE CALL WAS RECEIVED ]

What can I say about this daycare. I really don’t care how how many years of experience does Ms Danielle has but she was very unprofessional and discriminatory towards my like girl who’s inside the autistic spectrum. To me she was so unprofessional and Jacky never did or said anything even tho I complained many times. I tried to transfer her to their new facility in Schaumburg and all of a sudden they said they where not taking foster children anymore. Yes because my baby is my foster child. What a coincidence.

Wonderful school. Jackie is the director and she is great with the kids, and very helpful for the parents. My girls have loved all their teachers and I love that they follow a curriculum so they will be ready for kindergarten! 10/10. My oldest is 9 and went to kiddie academy so now my youngest 2 are!

I had my daughter at the daycare and teachers after the parents leave, they screamed on the children. The kids are kids and they learn as they grow. The management work hard but they need to hire more people and not address all work on teacher which have to teach and clean even the bathrooms.Teachers are not paid more than minimum payment and never appreciated.Too much work for them. When you don’t motivate you staff but you focus on taking pictures, there will not be constant staff in the center.Appreciate teachers so they can take good care of the kids .They are not cleaning ladies. Jobs and duties are devided.

This Kiddie academy location has gone above and beyond my expectations. The teachers are extremely involved with all of the children and the daycare director Ms. Jackie is very kind and is always there to help everyone and answer any questions that I may have. I could not ask for a better daycare to send my children.

The director and staff are very friendly and always available when needed. The quality of the services and the early childhood education being provided here are the best and can’t get better that this.

I sent my one year old son here for about a month before withdrawing him because I did not feel he was being cared for appropriately. First off, there is no communication here. If I wanted any information from the director or the teachers I needed to ask for it, and I often got different responses depending on who I asked. It felt like the teachers relied on the "Tadpoles" app as a crutch so that they did not have to talk to us. Moreover, I was upset at the number of injuries and incidents my son experienced here compared to his placement at another center. His very first day after attending, he came home with horrible diaper rash with open sores. The teachers tried to make excuses for this by saying it may have been because they were serving him fruit. This is ridiculous to me because we had been serving him fruit at home for almost a year at that point. He was constantly sick and had so many bruises, scrapes and bite marks from "incidents" that I was afraid his pediatrician would think he was being abused. It culminated in an incident where he had a febrile seizure in the classroom and the teachers claimed that they had no idea what caused the seizure or if it could have been prevented. They sent him to the ER where his temperature was found to be 102.7. They claimed someone had been holding him when it happened, so how could they not have known that he had a fever? We had also previously told them that he has a history of febrile seizures. As childcare professionals they should have known the signs of a fever and been able to contact us or administer Tylenol to him before the seizure happened. All in all I did not feel safe sending my son here, and I think the teachers and director did not do a good job either communicating or making sure my child was appropriately cared for. I am writing this not to hurt their business but to make sure other parents are able to make an informed choice when it comes to who they trust with their child's care.

Let me just start off by saying if you're looking for quality childcare from reliable and caring staff, an amicable and professional director, and a positive experience worth the tuition price, DON'T COME HERE. I took my toddler daughter here during the pandemic and my experience was absolutely horrible. The staff neglected basic duties such as sending out punctual or accurate daily reports. I would have to call them- on multiple occasions- to ask where the report was or to fill in gaps they were missing (i.e. didn't report her food intake or diaper changes; didn't send photos of her). Her initial transition was tough, but I was never allowed to escort her to her classroom to help her get settled, or even stay in the foyer to watch her settle on the cameras (their cameras were always "broken.") They would sound annoyed when I called to check in on her- seriously? Plus the teachers are mostly young people who don't know what they're doing. I have no discrimination towards the age of the staff, but I expect they will be trained properly so as to know how to take proper care of other people's children.I know there are a lot of kiddie academy locations- let me just say that when I filed a complaint, the regional manager reached out to me to "hear my concerns" yet never replied to me or gave me any sort of acknowledgment. That is a BIG RED FLAG.In addition to that, the director Jackie is impersonal and does not know what she's doing-- she's not suitable for the director role and should pass it on to someone who actually can run the place efficiently and professionally. I hope she is no longer running this place... for the sake of everyone who takes their kids there... Trust me when I say that there are better daycare places around the vicinity that provide better care, better service, and better peace of mind for a more affordable price. SKIP THIS PLACE. I want to make it clear that I am writing this review not to bash this place, but to help parents who may be looking at these reviews while making an informed decision about their child's care. No parent should leave their child(ren) in a daycare that makes them feel the way I did and neglects the childcare to the extent they did with my child. I hope my review will be helpful, as I wish I had known this before I wasted six months of my life here.

My daughter has been going here for 3 years and she absolutely loves it. Ms. Jackie the director is so sweet to the kids and has always been quick to respond to any questions I have. She gets back to me immediately and always has. My daughter has loved all of her teachers and is always so happy when she comes home from school. They genuinely care about the kids. They teach the kids so much and Ms.Arielle goes out of her way to help my daughter learn her letters and spell her name. I couldn't be happier. I am happy we found a safe, clean, happy environment that my daughter loves going to and also learns so much at. I would definitely Kiddie Academy to anyone!

The teachers are gross, they leave their dirty tampons right next to the toilet papel. They don’t even throw it to the garbage.

Friendly and attentive staff. Excellent communication so we are aware of what our child is doing, eating, and learning each day. Clean & safe building.

This has been the worst daycare my children have attended! Children are always sick, and they have never shut down any of the classrooms. The teachers are ok, but the director is horrible! They have also released my account information to a non-authorized person not listed on the account. No one wants to take responsibility or handle this problem. Their fees are overpriced and outrageous. It's really hard to reach anyone there especially the director. I've paid my fees and my children cannot attend; can someone explain? How does this make sense? I wouldn't refer this place to anyone with young children. You have to be desperate to bring your children here!!!
