I have only been shopping at this location for a short time. Twice now, the store associate who brings carts in from the parking lot has recognized me and brought me a cart to use to help me get into the store since I am handicapped. This level of customer service is exceptional. Thank you, Theresa G, for your kindness and attention to detail!

I come from Roselle just to shop at this specific Jewel-Osco. This Jewel seems much friendlier than the others I've been too. The older layout & wide assortment of products make this Jewel stand out in general area. Definitely much nicer than your Roselle store…that location needs more professional staff.

Worst Jewel in Illinois. God forbid you ask them something 30 min before closing. Employees always smoke in front and everyone always has attitude.

I love shopping at Jewel for our groceries, especially their weekly sales and U deals. Very nearby to our house and ever since Aldi moved from Irving Park Rd, it's become our go-to grocer. The produce department is not as large as I wish it were, with limited organic options. The Palatine Dundee Jewel Osco definitely felt like it had a larger selection of produce. However, always great products and service.

I frequent this jewel few times a week. If they have something on sale when you go to self check out the price is miraculously full price. Not everyone has an extra ten minutes out of their day to get a price check. Also, it holds up the line for everyone else. I won't even bother with the items that are "on sale"

Every time I use the bathroom here it is very dirty, I assume people are peeing on the floor all the time because of bad customer service and then in return the store does not clean the restroom very often. Just thought I would mention it because it’s like this everywhere but at jewel they seem to care about customer service at some locations.

Over the years this Jewel has become so gross and dirty. It used to be great in my childhood, now I dread walking into here on the off chance that I need to. Most of the staff here seem less than thrilled about their jobs, some of them visibly show agitation if you ask for help. Homeless people right outside is not uncommon and a couple times inside as well. Jewel on Stearns is much much nicer, although smaller. Avoid this location if possible.

My husband and I went to jewel for medicine and went through the entrance by the flower shop. I saw a big bouquet of flowers and told my husband to ourselves “wow those are expensive” and just walked away, while walking away a old lady employee with glasses and had a wrist strap thing across her arm that works in the flower department comments “they are the same price as last year” with the UGLIEST attitude. (Maybe she’s manager for that department) I remember in the past when I went to look at bouquets for my wedding she had the same kind of negative attitude towards us and we decided not to do it. I thought maybe she was having a bad day but clearly that’s not the case. She shouldn’t work in customer service if she’s gonna have that kind of attitude towards people.
