I’ve been going to this Jewel Store for the past 10 years and it’s always been a smootb and pleasant experience. I have no complains execpt, this morning at the Deli counter, both female employee were very rude and fiesty. I was in disbelief and i felt harassed by both of them . Fortunately, the nice lady that was also waiting in line witnessed the whole thing and luckily the manager happened to walk by.

Our family has received medicines for 20 years here. From now on we will go to other places, because in the most recent pickup I ran into an employee who spoke very poor English and with a very negative attitude. I feel sick of this experience.

I just had a gray call with MS. Laura from my pharmacy team! I recently changed to get better prices and hopefully service and I got both! She was also very friendly and helpful. Kudos to Mr. Patel and the Streamwood Team. They do their best every time I interact with them.

I always enjoy buying all of my needs at Jewel-Osco. store has a good selection of produce product. Great selection of essential items, and many more. Found items easily, and shelves are well stocked and I received great customer service from the staff. They were very helpful, courteous and professional. The sales are very good too!!! Jewel-Osco has always been my favorite place for grocery Found items easily awesome! You won't be disappointed buying all of your needs at Jewel-Osco. I would highly recommend. My kind of grocery store.

First and last time visit. Obviously management doesn't require staff to greet, smile or speak in complete sentences. Awful customer experience at bakery and floral today. I asked questions in both depts and the response was an "uh-huh". No offering of assistance or thank you's when I walked away with $83 of cake and flowers. If service is NOT important to you, I recommend you shop this store.

This jewel needs to be cleaned and updated. When shopping at this location you HAVE too check the expiration date because most of the time it's expired. You let the workers know and they don't really care. The fruit is never fresh. The deli is closed super early and the bakery there's no one there most of the time. The only reason I come here if it's something I need asap,if not I avoid coming here.

Extremely rude. They tell you things very vaguely and even if you listen to everything they say, they still continue to be rude and talk down on you. It seems like they're really only there to pick fights. Never going back to their pharmacy again.
